Ubicació excel·lent. L’allotjament és còmode i disposa de parkimg molt a prop de l’apartament. L’amfitrió ha estat molt amable i ens va donar molt bones recomanacions de llocs per a visitat i per menjar. Molt agraït.

La porta del bany no tancava per un problema del paviment i tenia un parell de petits problemes la dutxa i el lavabo que el propietari no coneixia perquè ningú li havia dit. Estic segur que ho arreglarà molt aviat.

Perfect location, easy walking distance to all attractions. Our host Ignacio met us at the door, showed us amount the apartment and was a wonderful source of information. Highly recommend this place.

The creaking floorboards we’re a bit of a nuisance. Not so much for us, but we sincerely hoped we weren’t a nuisance to other people in the building. Would be nice to provide the kitchen with a tea towel.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was perfect, very spacious and well equipped. Cool in the heat. Hosts were lovely. Parking arranged close by. Location excellent and very useful list of restaurants and sights provided. Above our normal budget but definitely worth it.

Creaky floor boards were a bit tricky with our sleeping three year old

The location is great! The host is very nice and helpful! The place is tidy and has all the amenities needed for short to mid term stay.

It was a very neat and tidy apartment located in the centre of old Salamanca. We were very close to everything historic, and there were some great restaurants very nearby! We were greeted by Ignacio on arrival and he showed us the parking, and then took us to the unit where he showed us how to work the temperature control and the locks. He also had some maps and restaurant suggestions for us, one of which we took and it was excellent. The apartment was mostly very clean, although there was a pool of water on the bathroom floor under the heater and a few hairs on the shower floor. It was quiet at night, despite having a pub across the street, and it had blackout blinds for the skylights and windows to keep out the light! A sizeable fridge, small oven and microwave and an integrated washer/dryer all came in handy, although we did not do any serious cooking there! All in all a very good experience and we would definitely go back!

Pub across the street was noisy until about 1 am, especially on Saturday - fortunately, we were so tired that it did not affect us! There was also a neighbour who was prone to shouting VERY loudly at sporadic times during the day, but we were not home much, so it did not bother us.
