We enjoyed every thing prepared for us. We had an opportunity to choose what we want, one of my friends doesn't eat beef and she had an omlet without sausages prepared for her by the chef. The manager told us to eat everything that we want and we felt at home.

Paid a lot of money for a room only to find a room like a hostel ith 4 beds no windows When yu enquire or ask for smoting it seems like the staff is doing yu a favor Nobody told us on arrival about their facilities

There appears to be food outlets within the facility on pictures but there's none. Too far from any form of entertainment The place is still using keys for doors, that didn't feel safe Staff seems to work for too many hours without rest.

We experienced the following dissatisfactions during our stay: 1. The bath tub stopper does not work and there is only hot water from the taps from the bathrooms. 2. The lodge does not replenish teas and coffees and toiletries unless they find the consumed ones in your trash. 3. We were only replenished with 1 towel with all the old ones taken away for 4 persons. 4. There’s no hairdryer and telephone in the room so you’d have to walk to reception to request for any in-room services. 5. Poor quality furnishes with broken corners. 6. No plug points on bedside to charge phones. 7. No sound proofing between rooms, conversations of next door can be easily heard. The star grading of this place should be reviewed.

Its easy to find

For the price i paid per night, the room. Was not cleaned on the second day of stay as i had extended to 3days. We booked the full body massages, pecicures and mani for both adults and one kid on saturday for monday. The pedi and mani were cancelled as they did not have products, the message therapist were late we ended up cancelling the booking but we were still charged for a service that was never rendered. The jacuzzi in the main bedroom was mulfunstioning so we never got to use it. The house was not cleaned on the 24th despite us not being there the whole day and at night the male receptionist/ care taker invited himself into the house at night while we were sleeping claiming that we had reported the Jacuzzi to have not been working. We dnt know what would have happened had my hisband not woke up and asked him what he was doing there who knows what would have happened. We oderred dinner and was charged for extra adult like how..? Everyday at 5 am we are woken up by monkeys running on the roof..... we wemt there to relac to to be woke up by animals at 5 am. Very unplasant stay for a villa even

The food and the room even the pool side although the rooms were a little bit dirty with the dust and maintenance.

The rooms were clean, the location was great and hot water. Breakfast was also nice

They say it's a harmony queen room but the bed is a double bed. Not very comfy for two people. They didn't want to provide enough towels talking about standard procedure . U found it very disturbing @ breakfast, the egg frying equipment is slow and they are nit able to serve all of us on time. You end up finishing the food waiting for eggs which often takes more than 10 minutes to Fer to your table because of the egg ordering queue. Finally I wanted to have a workshop of 7 people but they were not flexible and wanted to charge me R25300 ex VAT for venue and they were not flexible.

I liked the location around the accommodation.

The room was not how it looked on pictures. The room had lizards There was no airfreshner in the toilet The breakfast was supposed to be buffet but it had only a few things

The family rooms were beautiful big and clean.

I didn't like the fact that the bathrooms& toilets inside didn't have doors

It is clean, well looked after.

The food was not good. My daughter was told that chicken was compulsory in her order and she had to choose between sausage, pork pr steak… no chicken was brought and the my two other sons’ stakes were burnt and very well done.

The unit smelled very off when we got there. The soaps in the bathroom were half used, and there were socks in the closet from the previous guests. The aircon was very high when we came in, so the smell was 10 times worse. It smelled like old sweat. We left within an hour of arriving as it was not as advertised, the venue refused to refund us the full amount even though we did not use anything in the room. We then had to look for other accommodations on a Friday afternoon. Bookings.com was very helpful, but I do not recommend this property to anyone who is looking to spend a nice weekend with a loved one.

The place is peaceful and clean and therapeutic the staff is friendly and location is good the food is awesome

Wish they can add a microwave and open dstv channels

The room was clean and the shower was amazing.

I couldn’t connect to the wifi when I was in my room, it kept on saying move closer. on Saturday night the Electricity kept on going and coming back.

Friendly staff and tranquility of the place, The accommodation was clean and true value for money. A great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the city
