Excellent breakfast. Perfect location in our favorite part of Rome. Friendly staff. Clean modern design. The air conditioning was the best we had throughout Italy. The room had a nice fresh smell.
Everything was perfect.

The location was great. We were within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and the luxury shops. The price of the stay also included free breakfast.
The one thing I did not like is the distance from the guest house to Vatican City, The Colosseum and the Pantheon. I would recommend taking a taxi if you have a scheduled time to enter these sights.

The room was very clean, good lighting, quiet and large. The bathroom was spacious an dmostly the shower. The employees where very nice, helpful and smiling all the time. And a full breakfast with eggs!!. Also the location is great, walking distance to main attractions.
I liked all.
