Clean, organized, full of activities for children, very friendly employees, Syed, Joseph, Johnathan and all the rest of the crew will make your stay one of the best experiences that you will have, food is amazing, definitely the overall experience is 10/10

That I booked only 2 days, if I knew that it is so good I would book 10 but I will definitely go back in few weeks.

- The staff was excellent, from the animation and activities team, to the waiters to the janitorial team, everyone was exceptional, always with a smile, always asking how we feel. - The amount and variety of activities to keep the children and parents engaged, having fun, we stayed for 3 nights and we felt like we had been a month, fully relaxed, distressed and with the feeling of having done a lot. - The facilities are very good and clean, even in their busiest hours they are always well entertained and maintained. - The camping/tent experience is great with the children and the tents are spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable when you consider you are going to a camping not a hotel room, in this sense, it exceeded our expectations.

There is nothing we didn't like. Some things could be improved, yes, but we did not dislike them either: - Shared bathrooms and showers, especially during the busiest hours take a long to find. People may tike too long and have others waiting outside, with very long lines, and some others may not respect the order of waiting. I think a process to either book/reserve a time slot for the showers, or a timer/time limiter for their use could help to improve this. - The food at the bar could be improved, it is fresh and clean, but does not always reflect its price. Also, being a beach resort, close to the RAK fish Market, the menu could offer slightly more fish/fishing dishes, when we were there it only had shrimps as a seafood.

Location at the seaside. Facilities for children like multiple slides. Dinner was quite good.

Only 1 big towel per person was provided. No face towel, no separate towel for the beach. Only 2 showers for such a big place is ridiculous. There were big queues in the evening and they became dirty immediately. We forgot polo T-shirt at the camp and no-one even contacted us to tell that they found it. When we called by ourselves to ask regarding it they promised to check and call back. And again no action. Only after 2 days after multiple calls they confirmed that T-shirt is there. However didn't do anything to arrange on how we can get it. So it is still there. Really disappointing service. Sea line where you are allowed to swim during low tide is so limited for adults (water is at your knees height) that it is another ridiculous thing about this hotel. We will not come back again.
