We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the breakfast — there was a great choice and everything was fresh and tasty.
We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would happily stay here again!

A very pleasant and welcoming Reception staff.
A family run hotel with a nice atmosphere.
My room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed.
10 min walk to Grotto and 10 min to train station.
Breakfast was generous, fresh bakery, cheese, ham, choice of yogurts, nice coffee and orange juice.
It was my 2nd stay there within last 3 years and the facilities seem to have nicely upgraded.
I would stay there again.
I wish there was a bath mat.
I was on 4th floor so a bit too high as I don't like lifts.
I didn't mind for 1 night but next time I will ask for a lower floor.

Excellent location, centrally located in Lourdes, easy walking distance to the Gare and other core amenities.
Decor was a little dated but everything worked just fine so this is just part of the character of the property.

The day/morning staff were a little unaccomodating.
