Could not be happier with our stay. Amanda was very friendly and even checked in. Our condo was super clean. Lots of pool time and Dolphin Tiki time! Just what we needed. Thank you!

We had a great 5 day stay in a clean space with everything we needed. Amanda is very, very responsive and ensures your stay is a pleasant one.

We had a great time. Amanda was always available and easy to speak to. Her condo was perfect for the two of us and will so rent again. The only regret is, we didn’t stay longer!

We enjoyed a 6 day stay. The location was excellent for walking to shops and restaurants. The beach was a short drive. Thee onsite tiki bar was a big plus. The heated pools were really enjoyable. There is no laundry in the condo, but the laundry room has modern washer and dryers that use an app. We would stay again.

Marco Island is a perfect, low-key place to beat the winter doldrums. This property is convenient, safe & clean. Couldn't ask for more

The property was clean, comfortable, cute and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Beach chairs and towels included! Bed was comfy, hubby was happy to have a tv in the bedroom, screened balcony overlooking the pool and marina made for a relaxing morning coffee. The Tiki bar on property served vacation worthy cocktails and the location was right where all the great restaurants are..Olde Marco Pub has great food and staff and bands on Friday and Saturday nights. Walking distance to Mario’s for some pool and karaoke and super close to the best shelling beaches. Couldn’t have asked for more. Amanda was an excellent host with easy check in, great communication and we will absolutely be staying again! Highly recommend.

We didn't use the pool, but liked to watch all the people. We like the beach.

The property is fairly priced for what it is. However, the stove looks very unappealing and needs to be updated. The air vents are dirty and have black around them. (Yes, I know it’s FLA) It is clear that whoever cleans the property does the bare minimum when there is hair and such in the bath area, sand on the floor, crumbs under the couch cushion, etc. On a positive note, the property is in an excellent Marco Island location. I’d stay again.

The unit was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable as depicted in the photos. The property had some nice amenities including great WIFI, two large pools, tennis courts, laundry, and a bar/restaurant on site. Our stay was easy to book and check-in/out was simple. We normally like to stay at smaller, boutique type properties. This complex is quite large. The only issue(s) we had was the noise. We could hear the noise from the pool even with the windows closed. Also the unit shares a wall with the elevator. There is a loud buzzing noise every time someone summons the elevator. It may not bother some people but I'm sensitive to noise. Overall I think this is a nice property and would consider booking again for a short trip.

We had a last minute change of plans for our original housing in Fort Myers due to hurricane damage. We could not have been more grateful for Amanda’s stay. The place was perfect for the two of us. Location was super close to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants & pools within walking distance. The vrbo was cutely decorated, provided necessities throughout the stay & so much more. Amanda was super responsive, gave great recommendations & overall a wonderful hostess. Would 10/10 stay again!

Amanda is an excellent property owner and makes sincere effort to ensure you enjoy your stay. Construction going on was unpleasant, but out of her control. The location of the condo was perfect and it was just the right size for my husband, myself, and our daughter to stay a few days. The pool is conveniently located right next to the building and being next to the marina made it great for the Princess night cruise. Marco Island was a fun little getaway for us and we enjoyed it!

This property was an excellent choice! Spacious and lots of extras provided such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella etc. The permanent residents were all welcoming and friendly. The Dolphin Tiki Bar and Grill had fabulous food, drinks and service and was so convenient. Would stay here again.

The property & surrounding area was beautiful. Only suggestion would be to install blackout curtains as the sun comes up it’s wake you up from the brightness.

This was our second stay at this condo and we are just as pleased as we were the first time. The living room furniture is so pretty and comfortable. It’s so nice having a king-sized bed. The view of the pool from the lanai, especially at night, is great. We are so impressed by this owner. She really goes above and beyond for her guests! Will definitely want to stay again! The curtains that don’t cover the windows are just unacceptable as there are other units a few feet across the courtyard. The end unit has a great lanai but that’s countered by a very loud elevator pump humming at all hours day and night. The location is perfect, the island is small, and we could get to the beach, shopping and restaurants in minutes. Some matching kitchen ware and nicer towels would be a terrific improvement to a comfortable and nicely sized condo.
