Perfect location

Die Lage war wirklich perfekt, direkt im Zentrum, man ist schnell überall und es ist trotzdem nicht laut. Das Zimmer ist dennoch etwas klein. Wenn du mit wenig Gepäck und nur 1-2 Nächte da bist, ist es aber eine gute Wahl.

Das Apartment ist im Hinterhaus eines Souvenir Shops, was beim Ankommen etwas komisch ist. Zudem gibt es keinen Aufzug - was man echt beachten sollte, wenn man mit großen Koffern anreist. Bei einem Zimmer hat die Nummer gefehlt, was uns anfangs etwas verwirrt hat, bis wir unser Zimmer gefunden haben. Das Zimmer ist zudem schon sehr klein. Wenn du mit wenig Gepäck und nur 1-2 Nächte da bist, ist es eine gute Wahl.

The location was unbeatable, very central and convenient and yet the room was quiet. The room was clean and had all basic amenities. I was able to leave my luggage for some hours free of charge.

The access to the building through a little shop and the use of codes for obtaining the keys was rather troublesome. The price is somehow high for what the place offers.

The room itself is truly lovely and makes a great first impression. It is very bright and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a surprisingly spacious bathroom. We also really appreciated the shared kitchen, which is kept impeccably clean and is thoughtfully stocked with coffee, tea, and some snacks for the guests. The location is the real highlight: it is absolutely perfect and right in the center, allowing us to reach all the main attractions within a short walk.

On the downside, the lack of soundproofing was a major issue for us. The walls are very thin; we could hear our neighbors’ conversations and every single footstep they took. It was so loud that I woke up several times during the night thinking someone had actually entered our room. Furthermore, there is a pump in the bathroom that starts up whenever you use the sink, shower, or toilet, and the noise is quite jarring. Finally, the curtains provide almost no light protection. By 5:00 AM, the room was completely flooded with light, making it feel as though we were sleeping right out in the middle of the square.
