So clean host was fast to answer all questions

Parking availability was the only downfall

the area is a bit rough

The property is somewhat central and close to airport, supermarket, and nice restaurants. Just about walkable (with kids) distance to beach and nice shops/cafes in city centre. They were reasonable on check out time as we delayed a bit (14:00 check out) because got locked in traffic due to the city triathlon.

Where to start... About 1 towel per person per week; ah and 1 toilet paper roll. No cleaning at all for 2 weeks, neither do you have any cleaning products. No bin bags either, neither rubbish collection (you have to walk to the rubbish dump nearby about 100m). Okay, it's all up to you, given it's cheaper. How about the barking dog all night long for a few nights? Or the dog inside another apartment? Or the drilling for mounting stuff around the building at 8am? Very poor wi-fi signal, and "free parking" means street parking, in the city centre (i.e. near impossible nearby, but you can hunt for it and find at the right time, but a quite a tricky spot to leave for a rental!). Other dirty aspects around the property it's beside two large rubbish dumping area for the whole few streets. Overall, this could be a good property for a couple or perhaps on business for a short (1-3 days?) period of time. Anything beyond that, no way. And with kids, not at all. Getting the keys was a quite difficult. I told bookings/them that I would arrive 21:30pm. Plane delayed and I could say that about 16:30. Got message back with two phone numbers that no one picks up. Have to wait 25 minutes on the bookings.com hotline, whom managed to "find" the right number. Only then I could get my keys. Again, after a delayed flights with bags and car parked quite a bit away from the property at 22:30 isn't ideal to have to chase people not answering their phones for the keys when they knew you were coming.
