Protur Sa Coma Playa Hotel & Spa

El hotel esta muy bien en líneas generales. Lo he visitado hace muchos años y la comida estaba mejor. El bufete mejorable en la plancha, pero la verdad en líneas generales bien. El Spa antiguo y la mitad de las lineas de aguas no funcionaban. Por lo tanto que cobren no me parece correcto, aunque sean 13 €, estaba vacío cosa que no estraña. Los precios en los bares muy competitivos.

El Spa, el precio, siquiera cobrar me parece caro. La comida muy basta en las ollas que tienen en el bufete, se necesitaría un poco de toque culinario más profesional y con sabores nuevos. pero en lineas generales esta bien el bufete.

My husband and I spent 11 nights at this hotel and it was one of the best holidays we had! We felt welcome and all the staff were friendly. We appreciated how warm and welcoming were Christina and Eduardo despite the late hour at which we arrived and the light dinner that was left for us after 11 pm. We admired Jose Carlos for his energy and cheerful way he greeted everyone morning and evening at mealtimes. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, AC was functional. We enjoyed the view of the garden and its beautiful palm trees. The housekeeping staff were nice and did a great job. Food was delicious, especially the dinners for which the chefs truly deserve compliments. We appreciated that indoor and outdoor common areas were clean and well mantained.

I would suggest keeping the omelette warmer at breakfast and making it a little less watery. It would also be nice to have a wider variety of salads and vegetables, rather than just tomatoes at breakfast :)

WiFi Speed Relatively close to Sa Coma Beach.

Receptionists, apart on a blonde english lady, quite rude and unhelpful. Food average, same breakfast everyday. And for dinner, again, average without too much variety. On the 2nd floor hallway, the carpet was not hoovered for the 5 days we stayed there. We haven't seen a single hoover in the whole hotel. It was disgusting walking on the carpet in the hallways. Elevators quote dodgy as well, to go up and down with them. On the 3rd night there, there was a massive power cut. Power went on and off for hours. On another day there were unannounced works at the pool. Ultimately too expensive for what it offers. Loss of enjoyment all along our trip because of the facilities.
