The staff are friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size and clean.

During our stay on 14/04/2023 there were a lot of noisy guests with slamming doors and shouting. My daughter had an important exam in the morning yet couldn't sleep with all the noise, so the rooms aren't soundproof as advertised. Also, the AC was very loud. Might need maintenance. My bed sheets had a stain on them so I asked them to be changed. When they were changed, the 2nd sheet also had a stain on it so he flipped it over. I don't doubt the sheets were clean but it's unpleasant to find stained sheets in a hotel.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, Reception was excellent and very welcoming. Special thanks to Hashem for his extraordinary service and welcoming. One of the reasons that would make me come back again.

Minor maintenance needed, had an issue with the sink drainage during the stay but it was fixed on the spot.

No hot water. Shower area is a bit basic. No water provided in room surprising as this a hot country, no tea bags or coffee sachets. TV channels are limited not aimed at Western travellers. Carpet ciggarette burns visible. Noisy ventilation. Can hear next door / adjoining room. Kettle was rusty

Hot water tank needed attention. No hot water when we first woke up.
