Clean, comfortable, close to station and places to eat.

The bath was a little high to step into for the shower

Location is amazing, near stores restaurants, train stations and popular attractions, very clean, staff is amazing, has a rooftop with amazing view to the Skytree and sumida river

Rooms are good Japan standard size so smaller compared to America size rooms, space is thigh wish tv mounted in wall had a different setup perhaps a ceiling mount bracket or a niche in the wall for the tv be good, so tv is not much on the way

Clean enough for my standards. Location is good for getting to and from Narita airport - with a direct train only a couple of minutes walk away. Location is also good for other attractions within walking distance. Nice rooftop terrace you can use for having a drink on with a good view.

The corner rooms in this hotel have a column in the corner (or service column) that reduces the room size by about 0.75sqm compared to other rooms on the floor. Additionally the position of the TV on the wall means you have to shuffle crab like sideways past it to get to the other side of the room. The rooms are already tiny in size, but these corner rooms are unreasonably small. For two people one of us had to go into the bathroom, or sit on the bed, to allow the other to get dressed. For two people with even one large to mid sized travel bag I would request another room other than a corner room. Couldn't get the fridge working. Warned upon check in not to turn the AC below 26 degrees or else there might be water leakage. In other words - leave the AC alone. Not a big deal as I don't mind a warm room, but for people who like their AC turned down it might be an issue.
