Nice appartment with sufficent space, good location just 10 min walking distance to city center.

The 2 air conditioning units have been out of service, which made the stay very unconfortable. And the pool, which has been also a reason for choosing this appartment, could not be used because of maintenance.

we were told the ac was broken before our trip and they said they would provide us with fans except they failed to mention that the fans were broken as well. This led to ZERO sleep for everyone in the apartment due to how hot is was. Update: The management issued a refund for one night and it is greatly appreciated.

Appartment has good location and is comfortable enough for a two day stay for family with two kids

Big disappointment! Warning to everyone – several issues to check before booking this place so you can avoid our mistake. Whole experience was bad. Communication isvery rude. We got several warnings and reminders, that we have to pay city tourist tax separately before checking in, otherwise they will not send us access code (despite paying full accomdation price…). In the begeening I thougt it is a scam, but it turns out it is true. We only realised this two days before arriving. Their message was not really pleasant, so it was a nice un-welcome before starting our stay. Place is in good location, but be aware that there are restaurants and bars straight below appartments. This means, that your bed, your clothes and even you will smell of indian and other asian spices, and there's strong noise until well into morning (drunk people, traffic, cleaning streets etc). Sleep in this place is zero! Airconditioning is not working. We were informed few days before arriving (not checking the app we only realised this upon arrival), their feedback was that we have been informed in time so they did their duty and dismissed the problem. We only had one small ventilator, only making noise and no cooling. After checking other reviews we realised this seems to be issue since quite some time this year. We were reassured that this is only temporary. For us unfurtunately it meant no air-con and no sleep, however it seems there will be none available even after us. Problem here was all the noise, smells and lights outside, with open window it did cool down during the night, but it is impossible to sleep . Swimming pool extremely dirty, full of green algaes, sunchairs broken. After contacing the property they reassured us that maintenance is on the way. No change the next day ☹. If you will check reviews in chronological order you will see very negative trend in the last two months. Supermarket just over the road open until 9pm and excellent food available at the cafe/bar next door. Great location.

We loved the location. We needed to contact the property manager a few times and a speedy return was in order. The apartments were spacious and clean. We woudl stay again.

Stay was excellent

The lockbox was easy to locate and get the key for the apartment door and no issues using that The pool at the top gets the sun all day which is great and even though its small even when there was about 15 people up there, we all had space and its a good way to meet your neighbours. The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you would need for your stay Its about a 20 min walk in the Barrio Alto area and theres lots on the way in between too so good location.

The code on the main door is glitchy - it works sometimes but it takes about 3/4 goes before the door opens so each time we left and came back that was a pain. Also the aircon didnt work and they were not really helpful in resolving that - they started to help but asking me to turn off and on/change setting etc then stopped helping when I said it didnt work still. Their weekend support number was even less helpful when I tried to reach them again for help. So basically spent 4 days melting. By the pool 3 chairs no loungers etc you can lay on towel on floor but its just wood so not super comfy. The sofa bed didnt open

Proximity to city centre. It was comfortable, spacious living and good kitchen areas and utensils. Big kitchen table. Good wifi. Good Wardrobe storage.

Area was noisy. Aircon was not working, waiting on a refund still. Bed + pillows need improvement. It was a bit noisy at night as it backs onto busy laneway. No soundproofing.
