The location is fantastic, we loved the accessibility to ski on ski off for our stay! The lift is right next to the unit and that was a huge benefit of the rental. However please know that this unit is VERY much owner occupied when not renting, which has never been an issue before when we have rented but this unit is packed with clutter, closets with the owners clothes which made them essential unusable for renters, and random personal items shattered across the unit. (Random diapers, socks, dog kibble, trash, dirty utensil drawers, etc found under beds and in corners) It is certainly not up to the cleanliness standards of any vrbo owner occupied rental we have stayed at in the past which was pretty disappointing given what we paid. The owner was responsive throughout our stay and we did share the feedback, which he said he will take and make improvements for future renters. Had we had a better idea of how the unit looked when we showed up we most certainly would have looked for other options that aligned with VRBOs owner occupied cleanliness standards.

This condo is just as written - the bedrooms are comfy and the ski in/ski out trail entrance is just a short walk through the parking lot. There were eight of us - 4 adults and 4 teens with plenty of room to hang out! The ski locker even fit all our skis. The owner was quick to respond to questions, and we were even able to use the pool on a Sat night while there - reserving time was easy! We would definitely go back.

We loved the ski in ski out location of the condo. It was the perfect distance from the lift. The owners were responsive and sent easy to follow directions and other info. There isn’t a ton of counter space in the kitchen as an fyi in case anyone is planning to cook elaborate post ski meals.

We really enjoyed the accommodations. It was perfect for our ski getaway to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. Great spot with easy access to the Snubber lift.

My family had a fantastic stay! The condo was very comfortable for 7 adults and a toddler. The condo was cozy, clean and comfortable. You can tell that the owner really cares for the property. This Snubber lift is just a short walk which makes it easy to go to and from the condo several times during the day. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great condo- exactly as pictured and described. Basic kitchen but it has everything one could need. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and a the living room is cozy. This is a real ski in and ski out condo, it is just a 2 minute walk to the lift. The owner is super responsive and was very pleasant and accommodating. This has nice layout for family and friends or two families to share.

Great property. Plenty of space for a large crew to spread out and have their own space. Great location to ski down to at the end of the day.

This was a great condo for our multi-generation family vacation to Sugarloaf. The condo has plenty of room and bedrooms to give everyone space to relax and socialize. Open kitchen to prepare meals and be involved in the evening conversation. Great view of the mountain - we watched the fireworks from the outside deck (hearty souls) and couch (smart folks inside). Our family could ski right to the lift (the condo is a very short walk to the Snubber trail and lift), hop on cross-country ski trails, snowshoe, or hit the very popular pool after skiing! Great location, great condo.

This property is cozy and convenient, with great access to the slopes and base lodge. Great for families, we loved the fireplace and the choice of board games after a day at the mountain. Host was very helpful and check in very easy!

Our two families had a very nice stay at Peter's cozy mountain home. It had everything you need (firewood, paper products, condiments, etc, beds were comfy, was a very close walk to the Snubber, and Peter was available to answer any questions throughout the weekend. He offered a late check out knowing snow conditions would improve on our last day. Would definitely rent again!

We stayed here with a group that included several small children. Comfortable, spacious place convenient to the mountain -- we'd definitely stay here again.

It would have only been more convenient to the slopes if they ran the chairlift through the livingroom! Roomy ski locker and the 8am chair right outside the condo made this so easy and convenient! We were 10 - 6 adults and 4 kids - and felt comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was adequately stocked so we could cook dinner every night. Used the fireplace - thankful for the stock of wood! Beautiful view to the slopes right from the couch.
Easy walk over to the pool. But NOTE the pool is not open during the morning! Weekends and holidays opens at noon, otherwise later so don't expect a day in the pool as a break from the slopes. Not the condo owner's fault, but something to be aware of. If you don't have skis, no problem. Shuttle picks you up 50 yards from condo door and takes you right to the base lodge. We took our first trip to Sugarloaf in February and were so happy to return. The mountain has something for everyone and I always find the resort staff so attentive.

As kids we grew up going to Sugarloaf every weekend to our condo in the commons. As we grew up our lives got busy and we gave up our condo and each year we discuss getting back up there with our kids. We finally did it and Redmond Condo offered a great alternative. The condo slept 10 of us (3 families) easily and we had room to invite our brother and his family, who rented another smaller condo, to come hang out and enjoy New Years and board games together.
Peter was a great Landlord and very accessible. The front bedroom was cold but the heater in the room kept the room where it needed to be.
The location was perfect to ski in ski out. Just a short walk over a snow bank.
Each bedroom was sizeable to fit suitcases and have room to get around.
The shuttle picked us up right outside the condo and brought us to lodge and to the Rack.
The condo has everything you need just bring the groceries and capacity for fun and adventure

I stayed here during Reggae fest with 9 of my friends. The condo was a good size for all of us and the beds were cozy. The neighbors were friendly and the location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again!
