From the moment we walked through the apartment, I wanted to move in! It was so absolutely perfect that we don't plan on staying anywhere else when we visit Savannah! It was on a quiet street, but within walking to distance to River Street and any and all restaurants and/or bars you can imagine. It's also surrounded by several parks and some amazing architecture. The apartment itself was appointed so tastefully. We enjoyed the cozy den and flipping through the many books and admiring the artwork. We can't wait to go back!

Great apartment close to SCAD. Private parking in the back was very nice. Much better than staying at a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while dropping off our student for a summer program. It was just what we needed. Great location to explore the historical district. Many things to do within 15 minutes walking. Parking was easy. Space was clean and had all we needed.

Great place to stay in Savannah. Only suggestion: remodel bathroom shower, the grout can look dirty easily. I loved the parking spot. I’ve read reviews about how it’s hard to park there with a big vehicle, but I had no problem with my Palisade. I backed it right in. This place had everything we needed. Can be far if you walk to the river and back but during the day we took the free bus shuttle. Over all we really enjoyed it. Also enjoyed the washer and dryer, was able to wash my towels in order to use them again. Just be sure to clean out the dryer vent when done.

We are three best friends since kindergarten, and celebrate our birthdays each year with a getaway together. This year was Savannah, and we absolutely loved our accommodations. We left walking each morning to find a place for brunch, and made our way to the river and the market. This rental was more charming than pictured, and convenient to everything. The patio was the perfect outdoor space to sit in the evenings. The rental was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I would absolutely book this place again!

Very clean and neat. Well appointed. Everything you need. Secure parking space plus plenty of free street parking. 300 feet to the bus/trolley stop. A few short blocks to the grocery. I would definitely stay again.

My mom and I came to Savanah for a girls trip and were blown away by the beauty of this quaint city. This property added to our delightful experience. I initially was looking for a place near Forsyth Park and found this listing. It was absolutely perfect for us: Two bedrooms, comfortable furniture, and a gorgeous courtyard filled with beautiful plants all within walking distance to so many restaurants and museums.

This was the perfect place for me and my daughter to stay for our girls weekend in Savannah. It was cozy, clean and quiet... Great access to historic district and close to Forsythe Park!! Highly recommend 💜

We enjoyed our stay in this adorable apartment. Great for a couple. On a quiet street with free parking, but loved the off street parking that was in the courtyard. This was the reason we selected this property. Once we parked, we pretty much didn't have to take our car out. Loved the gardens on all the streets. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would stay here again if we come back to Savannah. Only wished the master bed was a king, very doable since the room is very large.

Relaxing

This is a charming little space that is perfectly located! Lovely area to walk around and take in the beauty of historic Savannah. Our hosts were fantastic and as charming as the area. I would highly recommend this charming space to anyone visiting Savannah.

Convenient to everything! Beautiful neighborhood. We thought we had off street parking and got a ticket because we couldn’t find parking when our side of the street was swept. Expensive lesson. But we would stay there again. Suggest a tv in the master bedroom!

We took a leap of faith and booked this home for a month. We were delighted with absolutely everything. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower was hot with a strong spray, and the kitchen was appointed well enough for us to cook several meals. There were plenty of outlets. Those are the features that made the house functional. What we enjoyed the most were the details of the house that made it special. The old brick walls, the patio perfect for shucking oysters, the extra attention to filling the shelves with books and knick knacks, the lion door knocker.... Best of all was the location. We could walk everywhere. Ten minutes to Forsyth Park or the grocery store, twenty minutes to the river. Our car stayed parked expert when we had to move it for the street cleaners.

Unfortunately my cousin wasn’t able to come due to a hip problem so it was just me for Christmas so plans changed. The area was great and I felt very safe there and enjoyed the parks with my dog. I hated it that the weather turned too cold to really enjoy the outside more.

The property was perfect for our family of four’s needs! 10 minute walk to the Main downtown area less than 5 minutes walk to several great restaurants. Be sure to check out Java Burrito for amazing burritos, tacos, and tons of great coffee drinks!

Savannah is my favorite get away and this wonderfully appointed listing filled our wish list and more. The majority of the things I love in Savannah are located in close proximity. 'God willing and the creek don't rise'......I'll be back. Totally loved it.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Being on the garden level was a plus for two seniors with mobility issues. We were able to walk to the trolly stop, Forsyth Park, and a couple of restaurants. The courtyard and private parking space were the icing on the cake. I enjoyed watching the birds in the courtyard.

The photos online don't do this property justice. This is an absolute gem. It’s in a perfect location. It’s very large (2 bedrooms, nice bath, large living room, kitchen and dining area). Also lovely courtyard (you feel like a local sitting on your private patio). Secure parking. The owner is helpful and responds to questions immediately. So much better than a hotel. We are grateful to have had this accommodation in the historic district of Savannah.
