We were beyond happy with our stay at this house. It was perfect for all of our needs and the kids loved it as well. We were able to kayak around the lake and enjoy the wonderful water. Jeff was nothing but helpful and available during our stay. He was a great host and he has filled the house with everything we need. We will for sure be back! Thanks Jeff!

My Mom, sister and I stayed here for a girls getaway trip! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home, the location and owner, Jeff. Communication was the best of the best! Responses to all questions were immediate and informative. The house was BEAUTIFULLY decorated and clean! We felt so safe in the neighborhood. We had everything needed for our time together. When stocking the house, they thought of everything! The dock was in pristine condition and was a special addition to the property that enabled friends to pick up us for a relaxing boat ride around Lake Sequoia and Lake Thunderbird. No words to describe the experience of morning coffee on the porch overlooking the lake. You will not be disappointed in renting this home! If ever in the area again, there is no other place that we would want to stay other than here! Thank you Jeff…we had a fantastic time at our girls retreat!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Sequoyah. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The property was perfect for our family of five. The kids had a blast swimming off the end of the dock and the public beach directly across the lake was a quick kayak ride (or a short swim) away. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great few days at the lake.

This was the perfect location for our quiet family Thanksgiving. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The yard was a great spot for games with our girls. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to returning. Jeff was a fantastic host and readily available for questions.

Everything was amazing. Great sunrises and sunsets. Great fellowship cooking each meal with family. Enjoyed the back deck and fishing off of the boat dock. Enjoyed kayaking and playing in the leaves. Perfect easy location for our family.

The house and location was great. Check-in and owner communication was easy and informative.We wanted peace & quiet, we got it. Easy short ride to several towns and many restaurants and various activities.

The home, outdoor space and lake area were beautiful and we really loved the location. While it is techinally not 4 bedrooms as the listing states, the lowest floor had the bunk beds and pull out couch in a bonus room/basement setup. We had a wonderful time, even though we had some unexpexted issues with bats. It was a nuisance we wish we didn't have to deal with on a relaxing vacation though. Overall it would have been a perfect vacation other than the bats. Homeowner seems to have taken care of the issue now.

Wow, this place did not disappoint at all. Everyone from the kids, young adults and my dad who is 79 loved this tranquil getaway. We live in the area and needed a place for about 10 additional people who would not fit at our house. This rental is off of Lake Sequoyah which is a wake free lake. The kids and adults enjoyed swimming , floating and kayaking and the lot is shaded too so if you want to sit and enjoy the fresh air, you can escape from the sun. The inside is nicely decorated and plenty of levels to move around and socialize without being on top of others. We can’t wait to rent this place again.

My family had such a wonderful time at this property. It is very comfortable, well stocked and has very comfortable beds and linens. The fireplace was one of the best parts of the the week, which was cold and rainy. We will definitely come back.

This was our first time to rent a vacation “home”. We have always stayed in cabins near a lake. We loved having the lake just steps away from our back door and having a beautiful home to retreat too. I give this rental the highest rating. I would most definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great location on the lake. Great yard with lots of room to run and play. Swimming dock with ladder was perfect. We all enjoyed kayaking the lake. Brand new huge deck with comfortable patio furniture was the perfect place for morning coffee. Plenty of shade. Lots of trees. Awesome family vacation!!
