The apartment is great, nicely furnished and located a 10 minutes walk from the beach. For us - a family with a 2-year old - its biggest asset was the terrace, which is nice, green and shaded - a perfect place to spend the mid-day hours away from the sun and heat or relax during the evening. It's also safe for children to play. Marinella is a very nice and forthcoming host, who helps you out with any problems you may encounter.

Nothing really. Just be aware that there is a second apartment next door and they are internally connected with a glass door, so you may occasionally hear the neighbours. We had very considerate neighbours during our stay, so it wasn't really a problem.

The hosts are amazing. They were always there to help us with whatever was needed. Also the supermarket is very close to apartment.

Property very nice furnished. the apartment was very modern, big and cozy, but the garden gives an extra value to the property. We enjoyed dinners in terrace.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Verdea. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Leo and Marinella went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We had an amazing experience! The house was really nice, clean and fully equipped. It is really close to the sea and it has really nice views to the mountains and a really nice garden. However what made our stay perfect was the amazing host! We arrived quite late at night at couldn’t find the place but Leo came with his car and we followed him to the place. He brought us lunch and dessert so we had the chance to try the typical food and told us lots of nice places to visit! Thank you so much! Absolutely amazing!

Our host was very-very kind. We got a lot of gift from her. Good vine, fine sicilian dulce. Thank you so much. It was the best booking-Airbnb where we have ever stayed. Flat was really clean and close to the very good beach and the city as well. I recommend a car to visit Zingaro, Erice and the ilands. Castellammare is a really good place to take a pleasure night walk in a nice city. Bed is really comfortable, and the garden is so nice to have a rest and read a book.

Nice outdoor space. Near to a supermarket. Generally quiet area. A friendly welcome from the hosts and a nice welcome gift of wine and cakes.

Not located on the beach front, as shown on the map - we mistakenly chose this apartment because of this.The kitchen facilities were very limited. The place felt damp - including the sheets - maybe it was closed all winter and didn't get an airing or something. No comfortable place to lie outside in the sun - some sunloungers would be good.
