The apartment was great, right in the centre of Argostoli, had everything we needed, air con, parking, two bedrooms and more. Met the apartment owner who was also really nice.

The communication with the host Zeda was outstanding from the UK and upon meeting her. This was a 3 day weekend away for my birthday with my daughter, and I could not have picked a beautiful way to celebrate it. Parked my car at Standsted airport, just under 3hr flight. Arrived at the air port and got a bus to the apartment, bus stop literally outside of the airport. The bus journey took 20 mins and gave us wonder views of Arogostili. Arrived at the bus depot which is a 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is outstanding, clean, comfortable and very room for 2 people can easily accomodate 4 people. I was surprise how close we was to the lovely town, literally round the corner!! The food, the people and the beaches absolutely stunning!! Jumped on the bus pretting much to go everywhere. Recommend Costa Costa Beach in Lassi you can get the bus but it was 8 Euro in a cab. Will be staying here again hopefully, well done Zeda your the best. One love Paulette and Naomi xx

Fantastic location in the heart of Argostoli, very close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Spacious and very clean flat, containing many useful facilities. Easy to find and clear instructions from the host.

We really appreciated Zelda’s prompt communication and helpfulness during our stay. Her apartment is nicely renovated and decorated and had a homely feel. There is enough room to spread out! Everything worked well. Off street parking and Netflix were a bonus. Thank you 😊

What really sets this place apart from most other holiday rental apartments is the unexpected little extras that don't cost the owner very much but make all the difference to the guest. When you arrive in a foreign country at night and it's dark, you don't know where the shops are or what time they close, it was nice to find stuff like toothpaste, shaving cream, laundry detergent, a couple of basic food items like bread, honey, pasta, and a few others left out for you so that was very thoughtful of the owner and a big help on arrival day for sure. Netflix already installed on the TV with an open account was also unexpected. Argostoli is a small town so I don't really know if there is such a thing as a "bad location", but this is definitely the best location. It's just off the main waterfront and also the pedestrian shopping area, however it is also a quiet residential street so there's never any noisy traffic or crowds even though you are a two minute walk away. WiFi was good quality and the beds are very comfortable. Towels and sheets will be changed if you want, but we preferred to use the washing machine and do it ourselves when we needed so we asked the owner not to bother. Cooking and kitchen utensils are all there, oven, stove, microwave, etc work fine if you prefer to try cooking local cuisine yourself instead of eating in restaurants.

No complaints and this isn't a criticism, just a suggestion as to what I personally would do differently if I owned and lived in the building. I would make better use of the flat roof area. Solar panels in a sunny country like Greece would do a lot to reduce dependence on electric water heating tanks. Nothing else too elaborate, just put a sun lounger and a couple of potted plants up there.

Location was very good between the pedestrian street and the sea. The bridge and bus station were very close. Restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities were also nearby. The port was a bit farther but walkable. Kitchen facilities included microwave, oven, dishes, silverware and refrigerator. Two water bottles and fruit were provided upon arrival. A.C. in all the rooms worked well.

The towels weren't changed nor were the garbage pails emptied in the 5 days spent there. It would have been nice to have a telephone and an English-language station like CNN or the BBC. Had to turn on hot water heater and wait for hot water.

Location is precious, it's in the very center of Argostoli, 5 min from everything..also such a beautiful city and quite big. The apartment has everything you possibly need, a free parking in the yard, it's cozy, nice and comfortable and it has enough space for a family or group of friends. You will feel like you're at home. The host, Zeda is a host you could only wish for, so nice and hospitable, very helpful and warm. We really had a wonderful time and will visit again for sure 'cause Kefalonia is by far the most beautiful Ionian island, it needs more then 10 days to see it all..and it's worth it. 'Till we meet again...
