We really liked the location and overall the property was very spacious and clean.
The garage area wasn't very clean. it is the entrance to the property so it needs to have more lighting and clean.

location was fantastic, good space for group.
None of the bathroom facility locks worked. Mould on the ceiling/wall of the ensuite. Wallpaper not in good condition. Overall facilities need upgrading.

The most amazing views, great parking, close to town and the coastal walkway. Great house design.

Strategic location, property was clean and well maintained. Well equipped with kitchen utensils. Also has BBQ pit to use. Beautiful view, beach right in-front of homestay.
Room doors and toilet doors does not have lock, no privacy. Garage slightly dirty and has old furnitures not removed.

Great location and layout
Asked if bbq onsite… no answer back so we took our own just in case luckily we did as gas bottle onsite was empty!

Excellent location for walking to CBD and coastal walkway. Great views.

The property is tired and facilities could be updated.
There were spiders & cobwebs in a some corners, and the freezer had not been cleaned out. The garage had broken furniture in it and needed cleaning.

The views and location were amazing and the accomodation was very spacious for our family.
It was great having air conditioning in the main bedroom and we did use the fans provided around the house as the weather was warm and balmy during our stay.
With those views it would have been lovely to be able to open all of the windows however some were out of order. There was still enough air flow and other working windows and doors we could open to get the airflow and sea breeze.

The location of the holiday house was exceptional, close proximity to town and eating places. Great walks and the view was outstanding. Would highly recommend this house to a family or friends to have a weekend away.
Could of done with more draining area for the dishes
