Period features yet modern. Extremely convenient location right in the middle of old town.
The only suggestion would be to have a lock on the bathroom door.

The location within the old town is excellent. The owners are very attentive and helpful. The apartment is spacious, clean, well furnished. The 2 bedrooms have plenty of room, especially the main one. Having a separate kitchen/meals and sitting/TV room was also very useful. Balconies on both sides of the apartment were great although I am not used to living in cities or apartments and seeing people 5meters away on balconies across the street is uncomfortable psychologically while relaxing /reading outside. (not a bad thing just not used to it) . Bathroom is roomy with a washing machine, the shower is excellent. I could live here comfortably.
The proximity to the church (facing one balcony) and its bells tolling at 7am is the only negative.

Fantastic communication with the host, flexible when needed and facilitate all of our needs! Perfect location very close to the harbour and the vivid life of Chania. The apartment is very spacious and spotless - we had an amazing time we will definitely be back!
Church bells were an interesting alarm some mornings :)

A very interesting and convenient location for investigating the Old City. It could be a bit noisy in the evening, but that's the heart of tourism in Chania. The owner is a very hospitable and friendly person, she provided useful details, met us warmly and gave traditional cretan gifts. My family enjoyed Chania very much.

We stayed in apartment from Evangelina for one week, it's very nice host and she helped us a lot. Apartment is in the old town and has everything for stay there. Good reachable.
Because apartment is close to the church, every morning we woke up with bells. Sometimes a bit noisy.

The host was extremely helpful and even went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant ! The purpose of our trip was a hen do, and the host wanted to surprise the bride therefore decorated the main room with balloons and hen party decorations! That was so thoughtful of her ! Would highly recommend this place!

We LOVED this property. I have decided that when I return to Chania, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is in the best location to fully enjoy Old Town Chania. And we loved all of the amenities our host so thoughtfully arranged for our stay- Retsina (Cretan wine), Raki (Cretan liquor akin to grappa), tasty biscuits and crackers, candies, water, laundry soap and every bathroom essential you need. Everything was just perfect.
Gosh.. I can't really say anything was unlikable. If I were to quibble, more clothes pins for the laundry? We were so happy while we were in the property.

Large roomy property in a great location in old town Chania. Nice bathroom and shower with good water pressure. Separate kitchen with coffee. Balcony and two separate bedrooms.
Kind of hard to find and challenging parking if you need it. Beds were so-so and there were no extra blankets or sheets unless you request them.

Beautiful central flat which reminded me of my grandma's at times and made us feel comfortable.

The property was in the perfect location. Just a five minute walk from where the taxi stopped (no vehicle access is allowed in this part of the Old Town) so it was very convenient. Very close to the waterfront.

The host was extremely helpful. She provided us a cot a highchair baby friendly cutlery and even a tedy bear. She was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. Very clean.
The only thing that was bad for us - it might not be a problem for others - is that the flat is right next to a church and there are morning services (7am) so if you don't want to wake up that early you might have to skip this flat.
