Great location.
Unfortunately the garage is only 1.95m high. So, with our van we were not able to park there and had to stay outside. In off season, that's not an issue. In high season, er wouldn't be able to find a car park.

Location is very good for skiers, even in March it's ski in/ski out property, you may ski down to you room and ski to the ski lift (a bit off piste, about 100 m to the official slope, but very easy, quite close to the blue slope). Apartments are a bit uphill, so, the car is needed for a comfortable stay.
