The house was a great location and perfect for 3 families. My husband and I our daughter's and the small families for a total of 11 people. The entire home was super clean and very inviting to view and live in for the 3 full days we were there. Some mentions though that would have helped us prepare what to bring or know about in advance would have helped tremendously.The outdoor BBQ had no propane. It was empty. Two of the burners (middle) did not work. We didn't use the BBQ until our last night there. Thankfully a place was close by and we were able to purchase propane. The screen door out to the patio where the BBQ is, isn't the easiest to open . We did figure out though if you use the handle just right in the middle and close it that way, it isn't as hard to open and close.There were no oven mitts for use of hot items coming out of the oven . We looked everywhere. If you're planning on cooking a lot with pots , bring your own. Unfortunately the selection was limited. If you plan on being there more than a couple of days, it might benefit you to bring dish soap, dishwasher pods, a scrubber for washing dishes and laundry pods and dryer sheets.The knives need to be sharpened . And 1 knife looked a bit broken. The garbage bags for the kitchen that were given for our stay didn't carry us through from Sunday to Thursday morning. We did end up purchasing several items such to get our family if 11 thru our stay. A lovely visit and time had there!

Amazing

House accommodated our family of 10; there was plenty of room. First impression was dirty carpeting especially on the stairs but house overall was clean. Issues with blinds, refrigerator, ice maker and garage door. Office was very responsive.

The house itself is nice if only given a little TLC. When we checked in we had to clean the BBQ before we could use it, we had to clean the patio furniture and deck before using, the railing on the upper deck was loose and dangerous. The carpets were filthy in the whole house, broken bar stool in kitchen, stove had gas but no igniter, we had to purchase a lighter to use it. The house had only 5 coffee cups (we had to have our morning coffee in shifts) , bottom oven was locked and we couldn't unlock it, left side of the toaster didn't work, and the bathroom door upstairs lock was broken.. The layout of the house was great with the 3 levels, it worked out well for our family, the parking was very limited.
