For some reason I had it in my head the one bedroom would have a day bed & a twin. Daybed and trundle. King bed super comfy. Not a lot of towels we had to wash just about everyday. Amenities super basic. No garbage bags, one dish towel. 4 dish pods but dishes have to be left clean. It was clean, nice, bright, great view.

This condo rental was very spacious, clean and beautiful! We enjoyed being on the bay and watching the boats and beautiful sunrise from the balcony every morning! The beach is just right across the street and a very easy walk over with the cross walk right in front of the condo! The best part of this location was walking distance to John’s Pass! You honestly don’t need to drive anywhere, just walk to the wonderful restaurants and shops! I walked there every morning and watched the boats going out and all the businesses getting ready for their day! Just a very relaxing atmosphere and friendly people! I highly recommend this condo and beautiful little beach town! Will definitely be returning soon!!! Kathy B! 😎

Ease of door code, simple check-in, great location near lots of shopping the board walk and beach.

This is exactly what we needed after a year of being cooped up. Nice two bedroom condo...that was a good value. Keyless entry was convenient. Short walk across the street with plenty of crosswalks to the beautiful beach. St. John’s pass was a two minute walk down the street. We had fun on a half day fishing excursion w/ Hubbards marina where they filleted our fish for a couple of bucks and the friendly fisherman cooked them. There are beach towels and two beach chairs available for use. I will say that things are still shutting down early so get on the waiting list for dinner before 5:30. With the spring break crowds, the restaurants are overrun and understaffed. We tried to tip well for their efforts.

If you want a dirty, not well kept unit who's owner controls your AC from his phone and is violent and assaulting then this is the place for you!! As our family arrived for a what we thought would be a relaxing 4th of July weekend turned out to be a nightmare! We had to call the police as the owner violently came into the unit without notification , assaulted my husband and evicted us and KEPT ALL OUR MONEY for the rest of the weekend. #1-When we arrived the unit was about 85 degrees because the AC was off. We turned it down to cool it off and kept noticing the temperature kept going up. Come to find out later he was controlling the temp from his phone. #2-The dining room leather chair was completely shredded like it was pulled out of a dumpster (not very appealing). #3-Sheets in master bedroom were torn (not very appealing). #4-Both bathrooms were filthy and covered and long black hair. Nobody in our family has long black hair FYI!!! The bathrooms were obviously not vacuumed or mopped. I sent the owners a message about the cleanliness and they did offer to reclean them. However I respectfully declined the offer as this is during COVID and did not feel comfortable with anyone coming in and around our personal belongings. I was unhappy that this was even a conversation as with COVID the unit should have been cleaned even more thoroughly. I explained I would just clean it myself but was not happy about having to do it. My daughter and I went to the store to get cleaning supplies and came back and vacuumed and mopped. Fun first night to say the least!! I never once asked for our money back, never asked to leave, just how I was not happy. The next morning we get a violent banging on the door , my husband opens the door and the next thing you know a man pushes his way into our unit like a mad man, jumping up and down while clinching his fist in a very violent out of control manner yelling "I AM THE OWNER AND YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW"!!! Over and over again. My husband calmly said we will leave but my wife is not dressed and just got out of the shower and needs to put clothes on. In the meantime our 2 other children are in the other bedroom witnessing this incident and scared to death. He refused to leave and had to call the police. Was he mad we turned down the AC? Was he mad we called out his unit being dirty??? He kept all our money & cleaning fee and now have to go to civil court to get our money back! email me for pics and video chrissyar@hotmail

This condo is in a great location to the Madeira Beach/Treasure Island area. The beach is just across the street with easy access. The owners provide beach chairs and beach towels which is also wonderful. We found that Anthony and Mandy...the owners are very accessible for any questions we have had.

My best friend and I came down without our husbands, children or grandchildren. It was very nice, clean and close to everything. The breeze on the balcony was awesome.

Really enjoyed our stay - the owners were great to work with and very responsive. Unlike other units in the building, this unit had keypad access which made check-in/check-out so much easier. Large balcony facing the marina was great. Will be back.

Good location, Unit was clean, appreciated the extra beach “equipment” provided by the owner.

Steps from the beach and Johns Pass - great for teens. Condo had everything we needed. Would definitely return. The only downside is that the balcony only had 2 chairs so we had to take turns sitting out there.

Place was clean and very nice location. My information told me check out was at 11am and got knock on door by cleaning ladies shortly after 10am. Told them i thought check out was 11am and they said no and waited outside the door for us to leave. Other than that, place was great!
