MALA SUERTE SE ROMPIÓ EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DEL DORMITORIO MATRIMONIAL APENAS LLEGAMOS Y SUFRIMOS EL CALOR POR LAS NOCHES YA QUE AL ABRIR VENTANAS ENTRA LUZ Y RUIDOS POR LA ZONA CÉNTRICA. FALTARÍA MEJORAR VAJILLA COMO VASOS Y ALGUNOS CUBIERTOS. TAMBIÉN ALGUNOS MÍNIMOS DETALLES DE MANTENIMIENTO COMO TAPA DE INODORO Y ALGUNOS OTROS.

A localização é excelente, vista da sacada é maravilhosa e os funcionários do prédio tentavam solucionar tudo que precisava corserto

O apartamento não estava bem limpo, as fechaduras das portas estavam caindo e o ar condicionado da suíte não funcionou. Os colchões de solteiros não eram bons.

Location was good for us and the apartment was very comfortable.

The kitchen and utensils weren't clean when we arrived. We had to wash plates, cutlery etc before using them. There is no washing machine in the apartment despite the listing. You need to use the laundrette downstairs.

Started off negative with owner being untruthful about payment. We were told by Booking.com that payment could be made by credit card or cash at the property. Not true. She demanded cash and greatly inconvenienced the staff at Lux Tower and us. The apartment was not clean, the twin beds were extremely uncomfortable with threadbare sheets, furniture was broken, door to the balcony was broken, front door was very loose, lightbulbs hang from the ceiling, coffee pot leaks, the list goes on and on. We very much regretted booking this apartment. The positive is that the staff of Lux Tower is outstanding.
