Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Wir waren zwar nur zwei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung, aber der Kühlschrank war trotzdem für das Frühstück so bestückt, dass wir morgens eine Woche lang davon hätten essen können. Bade- und Kosmetikartikel sind sehr umfangreich vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt darüber hinaus über eine riesige Terrasse. Die Lage des Appartements ist zentral und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Parken sollte man besser außerhalb, da alle nahegelegenen Parkplätze (4,50 EUR pro Stunde) gebührenpflichtig sind. Wir haben unser Auto in Oberkassel (Prinzenallee abgestellt) und haben uns mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fortbewegt.

Very convenient location with tram stops and a U-Bahn station nearby; fully-stocked fridge, pantry, kitchen etc as well as bathroom with everything that we needed like extra toilet paper, shower gel, etc, and everything we needed for cooking meals like oils and seasonings. Manuals were available for using the stove and other appliances. Comfy bedding made up for our requirements for number of travellers. Beautiful, clean and well-kept balcony really let us enjoy the holiday feeling. There were also facilities for drying clothes, and lots of supplies for keeping our space clean too. I was surprised to have big bottles of mineral water available each day too :-) Very luxurious!

The *only* thing that wasn't great was that the blinds in the room did not keep out light very well, but I personally am a light sleeper (I need blackout curtains!) and none of my fellow travellers were bothered by this. The elevator in the property is also quite small so you could not fit something like a wheelchair, walking apparatus or buggy inside.

Spacious ,neat and clean apartment with all amenities required for pleasant stay. Excellent connectivity - Location is perfect with 2 tram stops to shopping street and 3 U bahn station for city center. Stefan is an excellent host ,provided detailed instructions to reach location via booking.com message beforehand, was generous enough to stay awake to accommodate our late check in and provided details about apartment , tour information etc. , always helped us with our queries and additional requests.

Good location, 15min to CBD, 1 hr walk along the river to Congress Centre. The fridge was generously filled with ham, cheese, eggs, spreads, bread, milk, wine. Even got croissants on 2 days. Large sunny deck and private.

This is a really lovely place to stay! Everything was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. The location was ideal, right in the centre with public transport nearby but the area was still quiet at night. The breakfast provided was amazing! So much to choose from; we were so grateful. The host is very friendly and was nearby should we have needed him. The beds were very comfortable too and the shower also was decent. We spent a lot of time on the balcony even when it was raining as it was sheltered. Makes such a big difference to have some outdoor space and it’s huge! Overall it really was a fantastic stay.

It gets quite light in the apartment in the morning if you’re a light sleeper but with an eye mask, which I always pack anyway, it’s no problem!

The kitchen was fantastic, everything I might have needed to supplement my luggage was provided, and the host is phenomenally nice and hospitable. If you need anything, he is there to help, even if it's just a chat, and you can also have the place to yourself if you wish.
