Location is amazing! If you are just sleeping there it's perfect.

You can hear everything from the outside even with all the doors and windows closed. I don't know if the hotel was full but the people near our room and above our room were very noisy and we heard the people just walking up there.

When we first arrived I thought I had made a mistake, it was in the middle of a compound, a few trailer spaces and a 8 room hotel, no view what so ever. After our check in which was very fast we took a short walk, about one block in all to the town square where we had several choices. We ended up at Claudias, GREAT CHOICE. In the morning we walked to the malicon, about 1/2 a block to a beautiful view. Location makes this hotel a very good value.

maintenance could be better, our room had a sliding glass door that you could hardly open needs to be replaced, some of the furnishings were broken.
