I booked three rooms and one a wee bit small. The family room was good plenty of room in that although there only 2 of us using it. Hotel is in centre of town and local taxi was reasonable price. We were able to check bags in before heading to our family wedding.
Earlier access to our rooms. We had to travel in our formal clothes so a bit rumpled when we arrived.

I liked the staff. They were v helpful in moving me to an upgraded room when i didnt like the one booked.

The food was excellent.
The rooms are obviously work in progress. Ours was ok but would recommend mattress upgrade asap.

Staff were friendly some more than others my daughters room was great room 6 and the twin room 8 also ok
Beds all comfortable and clean
Breakfast fantastic hot and tasty
Room 5 small with a bathroom door that doesnt shut properly and no windiw or fan in there shower didnt drain water ran over toilet flushed then took ages to be able to flush again and only the small flush worked
Dust was every where on lamp base side table and tv and in bathroom.
No proper wardrobe just a rail with 2 hangers and a open hole above we got the feeling the room was unfinished
If you like to go to bed early this room not for you as it looks out on to the beer garden a little noisy
