Spacious.. Two bathrooms were a bonus.. Good location

There was a bit of a strange smell.. Although It's not owners fault we had two large cockroaches.. One in each bathroom.. Traps might help

The apartment was in a great location

When we arrived to drop our bags the plumber was trying to repair the toilet. The pump was broken and no part available during our stay. We were asked by Fran to not put toilet paper in the toilet. I have asked for a discount for the fact that the apartment is not up to the standard we reserved. The second bathroom is through the other bedroom and not practical to use during night. There seems to be no response to my request. I felt the apartment is in need of maintenance. The kettle lid is broken the fridge door is dropping the tv remote is broken.
