This house has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Very clean house. Although small, the owner has done an excellent job at creating space,’which includes a “teen hangout” in the garage! The house also comes with 4 bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, a fire pit and grill. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house on a good location. Our issue was tropical storm Ophelia who kept us from enjoying the outside amenities! However, our party of 6 adults and 1 toddler were comfortable spending time together in the house.

We enjoyed our stay, the beach house is decorated nicely and in a great location. Overall the property needs some TLC to make it ideal for a beach vacation! The house wasn’t real clean when we arrived and we had to do some cleaning in all rooms. The rugs are worn and stained require shampooing in rooms, stairways and hallways. The living furniture had stains and needs to be replaced or cleaned. The bedrooms were nice, however the room with the queen bed was unusable since mattress was so uncomfortable, sank in and should be replaced. The kitchen and bathrooms were fine, however in master bathroom faucet was loose and had to tighten. The outside deck, fire pit and sitting areas needed to be straightened and cleaned up. The garage door was hard to open, needs lubricant and we discovered cable was off pulley and reattached. Garage sitting area was nicely decorated, it was left messy, cans etc… the couches were dirty and worn. We straightened it out the best we could but we didn’t use it. There was a great selection of beach accessories in the garage however they were in disarray, sandy, needed cleaning and we had to straighten up. The bicycles needed adjusting to safely use, however the one bike with hand brakes we could not use since we didn’t have tools to adjust. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, we left the house cleaner which the property manager thanked us for. We have been going to LBI for 35+ years & with a little TLC & attention to detail this would be great!

We had a group of 6 in a diverse range of ages & everyone was able to get where they wanted, how they wanted, when they wanted! 5 minutes to the beach, less than a minute to the bay - we utilized the bikes AND kayaks that were provided, the converted garage, the cornhole game & grill - everything was spot on. Whitecaps could easily hold 8-10 people/kids, 12 is a stretch - but I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you Christine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, It was well equipped with not only essentials, but some very nice extras such as bikes, corn hole, a buggy board and more. We hope to stay here again next year. Thanks Christine for a great experience!

We had a great stay at Whitecaps. Christine was an extremely gracious and helpful! The property was extremely central to the beach and other great local spots (bakery, mini-golf all within a few minute walk). The garage and backyard provided plenty of space to relax and unwind after the beach. We would love to be back!

This house was perfect for our family stay on LBI! Nothing but great things to say… we enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning, sitting by the firepit playing corn hole, and having fun in the garage for late night card games! Just a block from the beach made mid-day lunches easy and gave our family the flexibility to come and go as they please. Perfect location to shops/restaurants/mini golf in Ship Bottom. So lucky to have found this place and will definitely be back!!
