The Hotel Imperial

rest off the stair carpet needs to be replaced....

The breakfast is amazing, the location is brilliant. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Nothing

Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice, service was fantastic. Reception staff lovely and helpful. Angie on nightshift lovely, great personality and loved our chats.

Nothing at all

I think this is a great hotel for the money. The room wasn’t very clean and I had to clean someone else’s hair from the floor behind the bathroom door though ! The toilet had a macerator which has a slight leak of brown liquid across the floor! I put the shower towel/mat there to soak it up and the cleaner hung it over the shower for me to use again! The breakfast is not great and I bought and took my own green tea bags as the ones provided were horrible. I am booked to stay again as I am l prepared to give it a second chance. Also note there is a clock tower right next to the hotel that chimes every hour so you can’t sleep with the windows open.

Value for money and location. Just needs a bit better cleaning and quality of breakfast
