We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — truly five-star service throughout our stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the new facilities were modern, elegant, and of outstanding quality. Everything was beautifully maintained and designed with great attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful serene location. All communal areas were always kept clean and tidy and the furnishings and decor was tasteful and modern. Our quiet was beautifully and tastefully decorated, great view from our double balcony and the bed and bedding was amazing.

Not about not liking but maybe a couple of suggestions for improvement. We could have really done with some kind of hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels (or a towel rail) ….. and also with the robes. The shuttle bus was very useful and always on time with a charming driver. However to have 7 hours between the morning and evening service was quite inconvenient and although we did walk once it is quite a way and no good for anyone with mobility issues. I would suggest maybe a couple of extra runs between lunch and dinner times - for people who either want to get to the port for early evening drinks/stroll and also those coming back from a boat trip so they can get back to the hotel to shower and change for dinner. So maybe a 3/3.0 and a 6/6.30. Also 9.30 is VERY early for the last shuttle. I feel like 10.30 is better! To get to town at 7.15 (1st evening shuttle) & to have to be on the 9.30 home is quite rushed. Also have you ever thought about a water taxi service from the hotel to the port (you could charge extra I’m sure). These are suggestions not complaints!

It's not a go to place with little kids, I'll say that much, lots of stairs, but honestly stay here rather than a shitty hotel, they really went out of the way to accommodate my rambunctious toddler. Anyway all of Hvar is a staircase.
