Excellent location, host was hospitable and helpful, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were clean and appreciated. It was easy to access the beach and the property had a pool.

Property was difficult to find at night but once there we were fine.

the connection to the beach is amazing close to specialty cafeterias (bike&bean and Nomad bread) amazingly huge flat with 3 toilets

the key "hustle", need to communicate with the host, pay deposit and it is not "on demand"

Location location location! You cross the street and you are on the beach. Restaurants, cafeterias, kiosks, supermarkets all within walking distance. The host was very helpful and very polite! Thanks Rudolf!!!

Very disappointing! the shower smelled bad, it had mold and the air condition never been cleaned and smelled terrible! see photos. also there was building works on the 5th floor which the loud noise started from 7.30 to 8.00am! the owner said he didn’t know about this, but the local cleaners said they have been renovating upstairs for months! with two kids the noise was unbearable! only the location was ok.

As above, mold in the shower the smell was disgusting the bathroom was cracked and covered with a moldy mat. the air conditioner never ever been clean and smelled like cheese also the 5th floor was renovating which the loud noise started from 8am

It is close too the beach, indeed. not 50 meters, but still very close. Everything works, especially AC. Plenty of space. Stable internet. Good helping host. Nice location, pretty much in the middle of the city beach area. Enough parking places.

The renovation us well overdue, especially walls and ceiling. Construction noise from the top floor. Sometimes they start as soon as 0700.

Great Location right by the beach, The host was as well great. Kind and helped with any situation would recommend.
