Excellent Location. Heating system is good for winter. Simple and easy to follow instructions for check in and check out.

Please please please remove all the kitchen cooking equipment . The non sticky black material was scrapping from all dishes and getting in the food which is dangerous. We threw the food away because of that. And then, we borrowed a cooking dish from our relative in Toulouse to cook some stuff. It is better to have no cooking dish rather than keep those old ones. All of them need replacement. Bed, bedsheet and blanket are usable but they also need to be updated.

This was the worst experience we've had in over ten years dealing with Booking. Nothing is as described: the building is insalubrious and felt unsafe, the 'loft' is a sweat box with a kitchen element slotted in, far smaller than described. When we arrived it was dirty and the bed was unmade. There was noise from works on the lift shaft right next to the entrance. We turned on our heels and left. We were unable to contact the property and had to find other accommodation. The property never answered calls from either us or Booking customer service.

Loved the color of the room. The location is not far from the train station nor the city center. Super convient. Check in is easy with detailed instruction.

The communication is through email. All the information is provided beforehand. Very easy to find the room and the key. The room is very nice and clean, bathroom is great.

Location is great, accommodation is clean and good-equiped. And design is great.

A bed is a little small for high people and it would be better to have some space to hang the coats
