Overall we had a nice stay in this home. There are four full/queen beds plus a futon. It is on a busy road, but we didn't have any trouble crossing to the nice lakefront area. The dock is a little small, but there are chairs and a fire pit along the water as well. We would consider staying here again next time we are in the area as it is large and the location was great for hiking and wine tasting.

The overall house was an accommodating, but older house that is located on a busy road. The town is smaller and for quieter groups. The pictures are a little deceiving because it looks like the lake is in the backyard, but it’s actually across the street. The water is not of swimming condition. However, there is a beach about 15 minutes away that is nice. There were two owners that we had communicated with throughout our stay. The owners were understanding.

The over all cleanliness of the place was not what we expected, and some of the pictiresake it seem like the dock is in the yard and it is not it's across the street and not well maintained.

Not bad

Had a great couple of days, plenty of parking for the trucks and boats. Appliances worked as they should and house was clean. The beds were super comfortable and the house stayed at a perfect temperature.

Cute house. Lake access was perfect for fishing and swimming.

Overall, it was a great weekend. The house was quite clean inside, but could’ve used a quick clean of the porch (cobwebs). The location is more of a 30 minute drive to Ithaca, so if you’re planning to check it out, plan ahead. Overall, great place! Would consider renting again I we’re in the area.
