Everything! We loved the property. The house itself is very spacious and comes with all mod-cons. Two very comfortable bedrooms with ample storage space, and a good size bathroom complete with washing machine. The kitchen offers lots of space and is fully equipped. The garden around the house is big and a real winner if you have small kids. There are sun loungers and garden furniture at either side of the house, so you can choose to dine while basking in the sun or in the shade depedning on what time day it is. In terms of location, its situated in a sleepy village only 10-15mins drive from Porec where you can find all the restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check out. Our hosts were phenomenal and so welcoming. When we arrived we found a bottle of white and red wine which they produce in the fridge and were treated to another bottle as a parting gift they day we left. They also have a large vegetable plot on site and we were given free rein to pick whatever we wanted during our stay, including tomatoes, figs, grapes. For those of you that enjoy total peace and quiet, this place is the perfect option!

Quiet, spacious, well equipped house. Everything you need is there.

The house is very well equipped. You have everything you need. We stayed for one week and cooked almost every day and we did not miss anything - the kitchen had really everything we needed. It is very quiet - perfect for a relaxing trip. The garden has a grill, the grass is neat - perfect for a barbeque.

The house is a bit far from the beach and restaurants but if you have a car you can get to the beach or restaurants in about 15-30 minutes.
