Great location, nice modern interior, good outdoor space , quiet neighbourhood

Unfortunately we weren't very happy with accommodation for multiple reasons. Low windows and furniture orientation is not very safe for children. There is a lot of smoke coming through open windows from smoking neighbors all during the night which is very unpleasant and unhealthy. Some things can be easily fixed: Balcony entrance cannot be closed. Vacuum cleaner is very weak. Shades are not attached and air flow through window makes them moving all night and make lot noise.

Big terrace; Washing machine with detergent and softener (which are quite useful if you travel a lot on the island) Can be a good location for remote work as well. Has one small desk in one of the bedrooms and one large table in the dining area.

The location is in the proximity of a stadium and the parking in the neighborhood is quite impossible, but there is a underground parking near by that costs around 4 euros per day.

Excellent location. Apartment with all facilities. Quiet neighborhood. Close to good restaurants, to the central bus-station (Intercambiador), to the Playa de los Negros, to shops and malls.

1. The apartment could easily accomodate 4 people (2 adults & 2 kids). 2. The apartment is equipped with washing machine (among other facilities) which was very helpfull for us traveling with little kids. 3. Location is good, near a shopping center. 4. Instructrions on how to acces the apartment were accurate and easy to understand. 5. Close to TFN - Tenerife north airport (around 15 minutes drive).

1. Parking could be challenging, there are parking places on the street near the apartment but it's not very clear if parking is free (it is, we consulted with the apartment owners) and you need some luck to find a free place. 2. A bit pricey.
