Pulita, semplice e locale piccolo ma spazioso

Posizione buona. Design carino. Bello il bagno.

Mancanza di kit di benvenuto (assenza di cialde per il caffè, assenza di un bollitore, assenza di eventuale the/tisane). Divano un po’ improvvisato senza cuscini.

The appartement was spacious, modern and clean. All what is required was there and the airconditioning did function very well, which is very welcome with outside temperatures of 35C. The location is just outside the tourist area's and with a 10 minutes walk you're in the center of activities of Viareggio.

The apartment was very beautiful and minimalistic with nice design details, and even a spa bath. It was very clean and cozy. Very nice location, next to a park and close to the beach. Easy check-in and communication with the owner. We loved staying here and will be back!

Windows are not very noise-proof, we were on the ground floor so we could hear noise from the street. Overall the street is quiet so wasn’t a problem for us.

Location was good, the rest is horrible.

Property was small and not the same as the pictures. There are no doors in the apartment, even the bathroom door doesn’t have a lock on it. The acclaimed WiFi was horrible and we even lost power one full day. The lady managing the property is very in friendly and wasn’t willing to work out a solution with us for the power outage

the Location of the Appartement was very good, near the sea and near the citycentre

there are three Apartments in the Same building and it’s a little bit clairaudient. And for This time of the Year it was á a Little too cold without a heater

The kitchen was very good equipped.
