Spacious comfortable location facilities quiet

No marina view. Very tight carpark

The appartment was very well set out. Nice furnishings. Comfortable beds.

Was not clean. It was very dusty and there was sugar under the coffee machine. Hair on tbe floor in the main living space and hallway.

There was a code for the door which was very easy to use and helpful. There was also no keys to give back etc so that was good overall

I had to text the owner on the day regarding access and it really impacted our ability to preplan activities as we didn't know what the process was and information and it would be helpful if this had been communicated better. The pictures and name of the place are deceiving, it is a Luxury apartment, but its not on or in the marina or in Cairns. It was also in a residential group of apartments which wouldn't have been our choice if properly advised, We felt we couldn't use the pool in case we disturbed the tenants

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet.

I thought the sheets were crumpled and unwashed. The previous guest's trash was still there and the previous guest's stuff was still in the refrigerator.
