The rental had plenty of room, great views, high-end finishes...all in a handy location. There are LOTS of stairs, so be forewarned if that's an issue for you. But this also offered a lot of separation of space to give everyone some privacy if wanted. And the owner is great about communicating and obviously cares about his guests. Would definitely rent again.

This was a perfect spot for our group of friends to have as the hub of our week in Provincetown. Not only is the townhouse fabulous with its roof deck, living space, and three separate sleeping spaces, but it is also an easy walk to the bustle of Commercial Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jonathan was easily available for any questions we had, but frankly there was really no need to contact him as we had no issues with the house!

Jonathan’s home is so lovely and perfectly located for a secluded, but close to everything, oasis on the west side. It is a vertically lined up home with 3 bedrooms one of each floor and a top floor kitchen / living room, and stair rooftop access with truly stunning views. Never before have I seen such beautiful ptown sunsets. And Jonathan was a stellar host in every way. Highly recommend staying here if you can book it.

Jonathan was a fantastic host. The entire rental process from start to finish was superb and effortless. The house is kept in incredible condition and well furnished. The roof top is probably the feature that sold us on the listing the most and it did not disaappoint. Thank you for making our annual stay in Provincetown one to remember!

Modern, well maintained property with lots of stairs. We did have to wait until around 4:00PM on day of check in for clean up to finish but they did a good job. Did not use roof deck much due to windy conditions. Small deck off living room was sheltered from wind & very nice. Be sure to park in your assigned spot! Neighbors are watching. Most everything you need is supplied (kitchen stuff, beach chairs, towels, linens, soap, etc.). Great location & very nice host.

We stayed at Jonathan’s townhouse for 4 nights. Overall our group was very impressed with the property. The outside of the property was well taken care of. The unit was both easy to find and easy to access. The neighbors were very nice. The townhouse was very well-appointed. Even the hand soap smelt nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed and then some. The bedrooms were all good sizes and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and very clean. There are two outdoor seating spaces, a small pouch off the living room/kitchen level and the roof deck. We used both and they were perfect. The roof deck has some great views and you get a nice ocean breeze up there. There is a good size table and lounge chairs on the roof deck. Perfect spot to enjoy the weather, and take in the sights. The location was also is an easy walk to Commercial St. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has everything necessary for a perfect vacation in Provincetown but the highlight is the rooftop deck with sweeping views of all of the key sites and perfect sunsets.

This is an exceptional choice for a family or group of adults visiting Ptown. Extremely well furnished and appointed townhouse, and had everything we needed. Great location, too. And Jonathan in particular was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group had a wonderful time at Jonathan's lovely home. The place is thoughtfully arranged for each guest with even a TV in every room, easy instructions for enjoying the house and the town, and Jonathan is always easily accessible to answer any questions or concerns. Top recommendation.

Everything about our rental was perfect. Great location, quiet, perfect bedrooms, a lovely living area and a great roof top deck. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the host Jonathan was very accommodating. The property is located five minutes from Commercial Street by the Coast Guard Station with another four minute walk to Joon Bar or Sal’s, and an easy ten minute walk to the heart of town. Highly recommended!

Our entire experience was fantastic. Jonathan was so responsive and courteous. The house was just as described and so well kept. The roof deck alone is worth the rental! Thanks so much for everything!

Three couples were in a very happy place, each with their own floor with their bedroom and bath, and two more that were amazing common spaces. One space being a great eat-in kitchen and dining room, the other the roofdeck we spent much time on. One block to Bradford, one more to commercial, easy to get to a show or nice dinner by foot.

The house is super comfortable and it’s great to see newer style bathrooms as well as an updated kitchen. Every room had its own AC unit so everyone is able to control the temperature to their liking. The roof deck is major and the view is wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the top deck was perfect spot to enjoy the view and we did! The lay out of the house gave everyone their own space, House was well stocked with some basics too which was nice. Plenty of stairs but we were all healthy enough for them. Location made it easy to walk to Liz’s for breakfast and then on into town for the days adventures! Highly recommend!

Great proximity to town and yet far away from the congested sections. The entry courtyard is very welcoming and parking is easy. AC was a blessing in the heatwave. The washer dryer was a great to have to keep towels and a favorite outfit fresh. A great stay.

Myself, my husband and three friends enjoyed an awesome weekend here. This place sleeps 5 more than comfortably, with plenty of privacy for everyone but enough shared space that we were all able to spend tons of quality time together. Loved the gorgeous spacious roof deck. Kitchen offered everything we needed to make a couple big meals when we didn't feel like going out. Location is perfect. Set off enough from the busy parts of town that it's nice an quiet but close enough that we could go out easily whenever. Price was well worth it. Host, Jonathan, was communicative, easily reachable and super helpful. The long and short of it: you should absolutely stay here.

Beautiful property in a secluded neighborhood yet minutes walk to town.

My family stayed here for a wedding. The house had plenty of space for 3 couples. Nice set up for privacy. Easy walk into center of town. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to town yet far enough for peace and quiet. The condo was clean, bright and well stocked. It provided privacy for each couple with bedrooms on separate floors. The kitchen and living room was large enough for all 6 of us to cook, eat and watch tv in comfort. The rooftop deck had table, lounges and chairs to afford a wonderful place for afternoon drinks and snacks while enjoying the magnificant view. We will definitely return soon.

I've stayed in 5 places in Ptown, and this was the best. Nicely maintained, quiet, great location. A few other notes: 1) A/C was perfect--quickly cooled any area 2) Rooftop was very pleasant 3) Host left detergent, soap, toilet paper supply--very considerate. 4) Superclean--everything was nicely kept 5) Nice area for bikes on side of property Very good job on this.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this property in July 2017. It is well-maintained, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is great. It is about five short blocks from the large grocery store (Stop N Shop) and about five short blocks from restaurants and bars on West Commercial Street. The view from the rooftop is great - excellent view of the Pilgrim Monument. The Boat Slip is less than ten minutes away on foot. Provincetown Bike Rentals is only three blocks away. Internet in the condo was very reliable. I definitely recommend this property and owner. Jonathan was very proactive and responsive via email prior to our trip. He provided additional information about the area, parking passes, and ensured that we had the information we needed for a successful rental. He was very accommodating. The bottom floor (basement) has the largest room with a king bed. There are two other bedrooms (level 1 and level 2) which have queen beds. The 3rd level is a kitchen / living room area. The 4th level is a rooftop deck. This unit is not for someone who is uncomfortable with stairs. One of the things that is especially nice is that this is an end unit, which means additional windows in the bedrooms on the main and second level... and also the best views from the rooftop deck.

Overall a great property! Would stay here again! We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop deck for dinner and sunset viewing. This house definitely has a lot of stairs with all the levels, so there were many times we resorted to texting out of laziness. The rooms / bathrooms were clean and updated. A nice bonus of AC throughout the house, as well as additional doors on some of the levels to cool down specific areas. Please note the basement room does not have a separate bedroom door from the hallway / stairs down. Super close to Gale Force bikes and the Stop & Shop grocery store. Plus this is an end unit so you get additional windows. Loved having the electronic key code too. Thanks for an amazing rental!
