Verpassen Sie nicht diese ein von einer Art Hütte Strand entfernt in der renommierten Gemeinschaft von Cotton Patch Hills in North Bethany (Ozean-Block). Dieses charmante Cottage mit 4 Schlafzimmern plus Höhle am Strand ist sauber, komfortabel, voller Charme und verfügt über 3 Vollbäder und einen sehr großen Außenbereich mit Dusche und Ankleideraum. Master Suite (Olympische Königin - erfordert Kingsize-Bettlaken). Alle Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben Zugang zu einem von mehreren Decks. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und entweder 2 weitere Einzelbetten oder einen König. Alle Betten sind hochwertig und sehr bequem. Außen: Große Einfahrt mit großem Parkplatz, Außendusche, zwei Decks Wrap-around, Sonnendeck, Grillen / Sitzbereich, abgeschirmt Veranda und Weg zu Fuß zum Strand! Gemeinschaftstennis und Zugang zum Yachthafen (Westseite), bringen Sie also Ihr Boot mit !. My concern was finding bats in the chimney that not only made constant noises, but with us having to come up with a work around to protect us from them entering via the fireplace. I put the guard flat up against the fireplace, then put a side table on the hearth to brace against the guard, then turned the couch around to brace against the side table. Moving the couch, made it more disruptive to conversations.The thing that concerned me the most was the lack of communication of advising us of the bats and that it was supposed to be taken care of. I fortunately know of the habits of bats and knew how to protect us.However, I feel that Wilgus and the owners put themselves at great risk of legal issues due to being aware of them and not either immediately removing them or at least close the fireplace off until the issue it taken care of. As for recommending the unit, I would the unit, but maybe not using Wilgus due to the error of communication. Concern would be 'what else would you be holding back'?thank you, Edna=Wynne Raley
