The condo is in an alley off the main road which had nice condos. We knew we were in trouble when we drove up. The tiny swimming pool is about the size of a small bedroom and located between 2 buildings. The sheets on the bed did not even hang off either side of the bed. They only came to the edge of the mattress and they felt and sounded like paper. The toilet in the master bathroom was so close to the toilet tissue holder your body actually touched the toilet tissue. We had to take the tissue off and put it on the vanity to be able to use it. The water from the shower head was so hard it felt like it would peel your skin off and you could not adjust it. There must have been another shower head before this one because the hole in the wall so so big and you could see between the wall. The only positive thing was the rooms were very clean.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Fort Walton. Great location, not near as crowded as it is when you get closer to the bridge. Nice, clean, and updated condo. Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again! Brooks and Shorey were great to work with! Loved that we got to talk to a person right away. Enjoyed the free activities that come through booking with them. Would def recommend them.

Less crowded area of the beach, clean condo, perfect set up for our family. The only issue was parking. The covered spots are VERY tight to park in. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay!

Nice unit. Very clean. Rental company competent and no issues. Even checked in early as cleaning crew done. We go for the ocean experience so good for us- balcony is oceanfront and we sat out a lot. Nice week😊Cons:just know pool area is small so if that’s your thing might not be best unit. Parking space for this unit is tight

Very good stay, right on the beach, good balcony and nice inside.However, the bed in the spare room seriously needs to be replaced, very noisy with springs every time you move.First night had a cleaning issue, but the response was great next day sending cleaning and maintenance teams early to solve it.

Look closely at the photos especially by the night stand and you will see what I mean. There were some cleanliness issues that have been brought to the property managers attention. If these issues are addressed and corrected the property would be a 4 to 5 star review. The app Brooks and Shorey uses is a very nice feature and full of useful information. The check in process was extremely easy.

Our experience was very easy. A tropical storm was in the forecast at our arrival time and we are kept well informed on the status of our room and our arrival time. Our condo was ready well before we arrived. Our unit was neat, clean and spacious for our family of 4. We would definitely stay there again and we will continue using Brooks and Shirley as we have for several years now.

Perfect Location
This is a nice unit with beautiful views. Everything you need in the area i.e. restaurants, groceries, etc. is within a 5 minute drive. There is a tom thumb convenience mart right next door. The unit had a few minor flaws but nothing that took away from the overall unit and experience. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at a number of different condos in this same complex and this one is by far the best. The condo was very clean, had an incredibly well stocked kitchen for meal preparation, well decorated a an end unit. No complaints on the condo and the realty company was fantastic to work with. Only dissatisfaction was with the beach chair service as the rep did not manage the chairs/umbrellas very well and if you went up to your room or for a walk for a few minutes, since someone wood crab your chair set up. A bit frustrating especially when you’ve purchased an additional chair and umbrella set up for a very high price. There is also the continuing issue with the hotel’s guests across the parking lot using the condo facilities, pool, grills, and other parts of the condo property.These are minor things as the overall stay was great!

When we arrived the unit smelled horrible. I ended up buying air fresheners to try to make it better. We discovered on second day that is was a wet bath mat in the main bathroom. Brooks and Shorey sent someone to pick it up. Much better once removed.
The pull out couch is rusted and the the leg is broken on one side. We had to prop up with pillows.
Could never get the sliding door to lock. I believe I also reported this last time. The screens also appear to be just propped up instead of on the tracks.
The shower hooks are missing every other decoration. Not major but little detail that can be easily fixed. Also feel like the carpet in bedrooms really needs to be removed. At the very least, it needs a good steam cleaning.
Overall, we love staying here. Would just love to see the unit cared for.

Great location
We took a quick family getaway and this was the perfect place for us! The location overlooking the beach is exactly what we wanted for such a great price. I loved not having to wait forever for an elevator like you do at the big condos. Plenty of space for my family to relax and enjoy our vacation. We’ll definitely go back!

Loved the View
The view from this property is amazing! You are right on the water!!!!! As others have said, the pool is very small and was freezing cold which upset our boys, but the ocean was all the adults wanted anyway. The use of chairs and an umbrella each day was also a wonderful perk which had us feeling spoiled. One tiny suggestion would be for a bigger coffee pot. The little one we had to use was a pain, even just for two adults. The carpets could also be replaced as they seemed pretty dingy, but for the price, this unit was great. And again...that view and being right on the ocean made it wonderful!
