Everything was perfect! Mike, the host, provided us with everything we needed and explained all the important moments! Kavala City Beach is just nearby, big supermarket is also very close, what was very important for us! We also walked to Batis beach - 1,2 km from there. Hopefully, next summer we'll be back!

Everything was great! The sea view from balcony was just perfect

This place is superb. We honestly didn't expect this, the sea view from the balcony, the friendliness, super clean air conditioned apartment, quiet location, a lot of space, good wifi. Absolutely perfect and will warmly recommend this accommodation. We didn't mind catering for our own breakfast because we wouldn't have this view from anywhere else and the kitchen was fully equipped with even coffee. Also as a bonus there are free tennis courts across the street.

You need transport to go to centre (3 km), but then again there's nice restaurants and little shops nearby as well.

Everything were fine!

The apartment was in exactly the same condition as in the pictures. Clean and tidy. Our hosts Makis and Maria were very hospitable, a bottle of cold water, juice and fruit was waiting for us in the fridge. Makis also explained to us where are the taverns, bakeries, gas station, Masoutis... The apartment has everything you might need, including small items. All windows have mosquito nets, the air conditioning works great, the terrace is spacious. The building is located in one of the main streets, so the noise from the traffic is of increased intensity. But, with the windows closed, there are no sounds, we didn't have any problems sleeping. You can use the washing machine in the apartment (no extra charge), air conditioning (no extra charge)...everything you have in the apartment you can use without any additional payments. After leaving the apartment, the electricity is turned off except for the refrigerator, so you will always have cold water/juices/beer... on the way back from the beach. :) We always had a free parking space, within the plot where the building is located.

Our four-member family and a dog stayed in 70 m2 apartment. It is located on the third floor and has large corridor, three very comfort and air-conditioned rooms, separate equipped (very well! cooking amenities... salt, pepper, coffee, sugar... chemicals...) kitchen, huge bathroom (with washing machine and appropriate chemicals) and a balcony all round the apartment (each room and the kitchen have approach to it), with sea view (due to canopy and pleasant sea winds, it can be used all-day long). Although there are almost no mosquitos, there are mosquito nets on each door/window. The Wi-Fi is fast and functions without difficulties. If coming by car, it can be parked on the ground floor, i.e. in a shadow. The sandy beach is safe and very close (the requisites can even be left there during the day and monitored from the balcony; also, these do not have to be taken up to the apartment - they can be left on the ground floor), the water is warm and the depth increases gradually in a distance of 30-40 m (so, it is very kid-friendly; there are seagulls and small fishes). Moreover, there are safeguard, some public sun umbrellas, a taverna... For those who want more activities - there is an excellent sport center next to the building: several tennis and basketball courts, football field and two kids playgrounds. These are open to public use until 22-23 h and are regularly cleaned each morning. Just next to the beach, there is a large market (Masoutis), while up the street there are couple of giro- and fish-grills (to take!), tavernas (also food-to-take) and small shops. From the apartment, it is very easy to access the city center, museums (Nautical, Archeological), the old town (there are cultural events, concerts etc. going on) and other beaches either by car, bus or taxi. The hosts are very friendly and always helpful, covering English and German languages! Moreover, for welcome, they filled the refrigerator with bottles of water and juice and plenty of fruits.

Sometimes, there could be traffic noise in the night. Tip: since the apartment is soundproofed, part of the balcony doors can be closed and the rooms can be air-conditioned before sleeping.

Very close to the beach. Everything you need is nearby. It is also very clean and smells nice. Mike loves pets.

Mike was cool and very helpful from the very start. He was there waiting for us, helped me with my luggage and some information about places to see nearby. It's been pleasant two nights in his studio. Also parking was available.

Wonderful layout, spacious rooms, friendly attitude !

The room was good. Clean and with nice view. The host was trying to be helpful and nice with us. Towels and shower gel was provided by the guest for free. Wi-fi was working good.

A lot of noise from the outside. The nearest street are very crowed. The bed was bad and old matress. And we had a issue with the room in our first day. We have booked for 3 adults and is a studio without intimity with bed and sofa in the same room. After this we stayes 3 nights in the apartment that is fantastic. Amaizing view, big kitchen, nice spacious rooms.
