Good place for 8 people.

Kitchen could have been equipped better. The host sends too many messages taking care of you to follow his processes

I liked pictures and reviews of this property, but it was a very big disappointed when we saw this property.

Property manager did not answer our requests at all. Parking was not provided and we parked our car in the street that took a while to find a parking spot in the area. Appartment is aprx 50+ years old and no repairs since then. Some boxes are in place of sofa in the living room. Few dishes in the kitchen and almost all are broken. Air conditioning is very noisy so it is not possible to sleep. We leaved earlier the appartment and found another one for our stay in Greece.

The location is close to the bus, and a fairly quiet area.

There were not enough pillows only 5 for six guests. There is no real living room furniture just pallets with day bed mattresses on them for couches. The dishes were not clean at all.

The property was quite spacious. The host was quick to respond to queries. The heater/ac was very good at warming the rooms. There were quite were few local shops making it ideal to shop for basic essentials.

The property iss 15m walk from metro so not always convenient to walk that far. Many times we ended up using Uber. Secondly as soon as you enter the gates to enter the flats, the ground floor has a dog which keeps barking, this is not welcoming. As you enter through the gates there is a bad odour as there is cat and dog food lying around everywhere. The smell gets stronger as you go up the stairs. As you enter the property the main door does not open properly, there is a issue with it, sometimes it takes multiple attempts to open. There is a spacious lounge area. There is sofa made out of pallets which is quite odd, good thing is the pallets are on wheels to move the sofa/sitting. But, there is a missing wheel on the pallet. The sofa & chairs has quite a few stains! Secondly when you want to use the shower you have to turn on the fuse. This is quite weird. The water heat constantly changes when having a shower, on quite a few occasions the water would go freezing. This was within the defined 30 minute period. We requested the host for a additional duvet but that was not available. The bedrooms did not have enough hooks and hangers to hang things. The largest bedroom had wardrobes which were quite dusty. We were unable to store things in them. The property had constant issues with mosquitos. Nearly everyone in our group were bit by mosquitos. Ensure to pack anti-mosquito bites creams or sprays. There were not enough mugs for 6 people. There was only 5 mugs! Generally the upkeep of the property was not good. There was exposed socket which is quite dangerous. There was no cleaning products provided, we had to purchase it all. No toaster, ironing board. Second toilet missing toilet rolls and a bin altogether. No additional bin bags provided to empty the bins out. The cleaning brushes in toilet rusted. The radiators did not work either.

I absolutely loved the neighbor downstairs she was such a sweetheart! I also liked how big, clean and comfortable the space was.

can’t complain

The property is very well-cared for and very spacious. Location is close to many of the key attractions in Athens, close to tavernas and grocery stores. The property owner was fantastic and easy to work with. I look forward to a stay here in the future.

I would recommend better equipping the kitchen. The space itself is great, but the cooking utensils were greatly lacking. If you are not looking to cook any meals, this is a non-issue.

Felt like home away from home

The neighborhood was busy with challenging parking on the street. Downstairs neighbor has a dog who barks when you come and go.
