Breakfast was simple with limited variety. Not worth the price.

We love the stay overall! The room is so spacious and clean. Free milk ice cream daily is yummy! The reception staffs are super nice and attentive, always felt welcomed. The lift requires card access to get to your level which felt safe.
Location super convenient. Would definitely come back again.
Wish the Ice cream is available everyday haha~ All great nothing to complain!

Pleasant chain hotel in a central location of Sapporo. Easy to access from the airport and Sapporo JR train station. Room size was average for Japan - on the small side - but well appointed. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer in our room. Great shower. Friendly desk staff that speak some basic English. Complementary Hokkaido (yummy) soft serve ice cream, served several times a week in the hotel’s restaurant, was a nice treat.
Breakfast wasn’t to our liking as we are not Japanese. It was included in our room rate (very reasonable) or we would have felt we overpaid for what we got. Coffee not at all tasty.
