Very spacious

Dishes was dirty bed was flat ran down compared to other beds we saw. Dish washer was leaking and storing the nasty water

Not being there, but paying for Three days

The room has just been remodeled and was outstanding! so clean and just nice! we have been to mb several times in the past 6 months and this was the nicest place we have stayed in.

I didn’t like the view. we had a front view of the condos beside us and right below is was the noisy pool pumps. The indoor pool was extremely small.

The view, the parking and the easy beach access

The check-in process, the slow elevators, the lack of staff, the dirty floors, the murky smell, the torn shower floors, the broken furniture, the rusty shower water, the lack of water pressure, the dirty luggage trolleys, the terribly dirty toaster.

Location was perfect

There was no microwave plate in the microwave Needed instructions on how to use TV

I loved waking up to hearing the ocean. Our view from the room was good. I liked that all we had to do is cross the road to get to the beautiful beach. Was a wonderful vacation!!

Liked how close to the beach we were and that it wasn’t crowded

Bedroom was kinda cramped for size and a tv in that room would have been nice

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone about this great experience at Forest Dunes...

The restaurant had great food

Always had problems getting Towels. There was Mold in the Vents. Staff was very rude at times. Room needed to be cleaned. There was dust everywhere. Looked as though Staff never cleaned Rooms. Elevator was filthy. Bathrooms in Pool area was dirty. This was my Family Reunion and was the worst experience ever. My family experienced Urine in the floors in there Bathrooms. Some Of them had to be moved like 4 times. We booked over 15 rooms and the money we paid didn’t equal the experience we received. I’m very disappointed!!!!!!!!! The amount of money me and my family spent, we expected a better experience.

The front desk staff was outstanding and really went over and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic.

There was no breakfast. Room had sticky floors and wet sticky carpet.

Clean floors and doors. Definitely outdated.

Rooms were Excellent! One of the Nicest places I have stayed.

Pools were little cold pretty much it.

This was my 3rd time staying and the room looked like it had not been cleaned at all. There was hair all in bathrooms and in the sinks, floors was dirty and the kitchen was disgusting. There was only 2 forks and 1 spoon. But yet rented the room for 4 people to occupy. Trying to cook on the stove with a 90 degree angle on the eyes was a challenge. I was to call front desk when I needed towels etc., leave dirty outside door and would get clean ones as they picked up the dirty ones. Ask for towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels garbage bags and toilet paper. Dirty towels are picked up no clean ones left had to call back to front desk only to receive towels and garbage bags but no toilet paper or kitchen towels. The garbage disposal was running up into the opposite sink. My ocean view was more like ocean try and peak threw the trees and buildings. Very disappointing compared to my 2 previous stays.

Everything else was great. The room. Accesibility. Pools and jacuzzi and it was a quite area. I look forward yo staying there again in the future

The staff i did come in contact with could have been a little friendlier. I didnt get a smile or anything when i checked in or out. Just a " have a good one"
