This was our first year for Christmas at the beach an our family enjoyed it so much. The condo is absolutely gorgeous an fulky equipped with everything you will need. We will most definitely be back.

First, I have to say, walking into the condo was awesome so spacious everybody felt as if they were right at home. They had spices anything you needed pots and pans in a beautiful Keurig along with the coffee pot so that you didn’t have to hunt for anything. Everything was well labeled. Cleanliness was over the top and communication with Susan and Ray. Oh my I would love to talk to them every day. If you ever decide to go to Panama City Beach Florida you have to stay on the 17th or the 16th Floow, Susie and Ray place was on the 17th floor. I loved it. The view was awesome had not it rained pretty much every day I would have love to stay two more days. but my young adult kids had to get back to work 😁 This was the place to be to enjoy your ((family. )) Thanks again we will definitely see you next year Ray and Susan y’all are awesome host , !! BLESSINGS from the Daniels family November to December2023! this will be our returning time We shall see you in 2024.

We rented both of Ray and Susan's properties in the Majestic towers as we had a family gathering to celebrate my son turning 16! Everything was perfect! The condos were stocked with lots of helpful little touches and were clean and comfortable!

Our family recently had the opportunity to stay at your condo for our vacation and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The condo was located in a beautiful area with stunning views of the ocean.
The condo itself was spacious and well-maintained. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a comfortable bed. The decor was modern and stylish, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
One of the highlights of the condo was the balcony. It offered a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views. It was a great place to unwind and soak in the beauty of the surroundings.
The swimming pool was a big hit for the grand baby.
The location of the condo was also ideal. It was close to various attractions, shopping and restaurants.activities, such as hiking trails, beaches, and restaurants.
The only downfall was that the elevator closest to the unit was out of order which made getting to the beach a little more of a walk.
Overall, staying at the condo was a wonderful experience. It provided a comfortable and stylish home away from home. I would highly recommend staying at the condo for your next vacation.

This was our first time in a condo as we usually do houses. I will say it took a couple days to get our bearings, especially with the elevators closest to the condo being down till Wednesday of our Sat-Sat trip. The condo was great and had everything we could need, tons of space and super accommodating! The only real downside of this condo is the walk from the car to the condo. But this wouldn’t discourage us from staying again! Thanks for providing us with a great place for our family vacation!

My family and I stayed here for 7 nights and it fit 11 of us comfortably. This condo is well maintained and updated. The rooms were very clean and nothing needed to be done but come right in and stay. The oceanfront balcony view on the 17th floor is stunning and there is plenty of seating. The building and property is in overall good shape with several really nice pool areas for the kids which were clean. Even though the garage is across the street the bridge walkway really helps. I also love that you dont have to fight over luggage carts or have to go find one with their cart check person. The beach was perfect and everyone enjoyed that as well. We would all stay here again no doubt.

Everyone in our group agreed that we loved this Condo more than any other we have stayed in. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Everything we needed was there. Starter package was awesome. View from the 17th floor was amazing! Market and Restaurant on site. Beach chairs, pools, hot tubs. Owners were pleasant to deal with. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The condo is beautiful and just as pictured. The owners are always available for assistance and live close by. Accommodations are very comfortable. Condo is very roomy. Kitchen has everything you need. The beach is very clean. The one downside is trying to get your stuff from your vehicle to the condo. Majestic Beach needs to change the way guests are allowed to get into their unit with their belongings. It took us four hours from the time we arrived until the time the last item made it to the condo. There aren't enough off-loading spots in the parking lot, carts or elevators to get you from your vehicle into your rental. My suggestion is that you show up hours after your check-in time. Again, don't avoid this unit. It's everything you would want in a vacation rental.
Majestic Beach needs to change its check-in policy.

This property is gorgeous, right on the beach, and the property itself has lots of amenities. 17th floor views are AH-mazing! They provide tons of extras too - spices, cooking spray, laundry pods, etc. Only FYI - if you don't find the ROKU remote for the living room, you can grab one from another room. They were very responsive with our request about the remote. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I couldn't say enough positive things about this condo and the owner! We had such a wonderful vacation! The building itself was very clean and very secured, security guards were present everywhere we went which made us all feel very safe! All staff was very friendly! The condo was very clean and had everything that you could possiby need for cooking meals! We had the pleasure to meet the Owner Sue and she was very nice. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

Our family of 4 stayed with our friends (family of 6) for a week over Holiday break while several of the boys played baseball. The condo was clean, large enough for all of us to spread out, and felt like staying at a home rather than someone’s rental. We had 10 family members stay at this property. The space was more than adequate. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The condo is up to date and functional. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. There were already trash bags, dishwasher pods, and washing machine pods there for us which was so nice and helpful. There were plenty of beach toys already there and chairs! The condo was easily accessible and we had no trouble coming and going. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was nice. Elevators were very challenging upon arrival it was 30 minutes standing in line to actually get to our condo. The remainder of our trip long wait times (15-20 minutes) to get down in the morning to ground level access to beach. Same issue between 4-5 pm when leaving the beach.

Exactly as pictured and described. We had an excellent stay right on the beach. Only cons (nothing major) would be that we only had one towel and washcloth each (but there is a washer and dryer), no trash can in one of the bathrooms, and no alarm clock in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise clean comfortable furniture and beds. Well appointed kitchen. We loved the patio furniture, all so comfortable. Lots of beach chairs and toys available for us to use. Everything labeled with clear directions. Owners very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend, and would definitely rent from them again. We were a family of 11.
