Quiet and rural, yet convenient location. Cosy little cottage. Beautifully renovated. Every detail thought about. Super comfy bed, fab shower, well stocked kitchen.

Very clean. Vouchers for entry to the beautiful garden next door. The lemon cake was excellent.

Internet was quite poor and we had no mobile phone signal at the property.

Great location, comfortable bed, in fact the whole property felt light and airy, with nice owner.

Driving out of the driveway was dangerous someone had to stand in the road to check for traffic, especially bikes. Mirrors needed both ways.

Is a nice place, in a pretty area, with great countryside walking and some lovely woodlands. However, although it's lovely that dogs are allowed/welcome to stay here, it is not really suitable for dogs - the drive has no gates, straight onto a lane with limited visibility, no footpaths and some cars driving very fast, and the hosts have two (pretty) cats that wander freely around the property, so when is was hot, I still had to keep the lower windows closed as one of them kept wandering past and eyeing up a sunny spot on the window sill, and the little yard, although only a couple of meters from the front door, is only a couple of meters square, not fully secure, and you get to it via the drive: other than when indoors (and downstairs does not offer much space), dog needed to be on a lead all the time, and you have to walk some way up the road to find somewhere appropriate they can toilet. I have a calm, quiet, well-behaved medium-sized dog and it didn't work for us - it might work for a chihuahua.
