Not anything like the listing, Over priced, could have gotten a hotel for half the price. It was clean but Not CLEAN & with the pandemic you would think extra precautions were taken. Brought my own cleaning supplies thank goodness. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. TV wouldn't work for us. Sand everywhere, the list goes on. I would not.rent from this property again. Check in was easy and the beach badges were made available prior to check in so we got to spend the day at the beach. The location was great, only a couple of blocks from the beach and the AC worked well. The pictures that are shown aren’t what we ultimately received. The front part of the home that is shown isn’t the one we stayed in. Our apartment was in a second home in the back of the property that isn’t as pleasant looking as the home advertised. The apartment could have been cleaner. There were ant traps throughout the apartment. That should have been taken care of prior to renting to anybody. The shelves were a bit dirty. The apartment has also been painted and is not as shown on this site. Some basic amenities were missing. There was no toilet paper, hand soap or dish soap. Only the almost-empty bottle left by previous guests. The frame of the bed was held together by 2x4s and the furniture was severely scuffed and damaged. Refrigerator bottom drawers cracked and don’t really open. Pots and pans mostly old and grimy, no bowls for cereal, cabinet with pots and pans dirty on bottom and should be cleaned. Especially during the COVID-19 situation, cleanliness is of the utmost importance (thankfully we were prepared with Clorox wipes and Lysol). If this was being rented to college kids, this is perfect. However for a family of four to enjoy a week at the beach, this apartment needs a lot of attention.

The location was fantastic. However, the cleanliness of the unit was not great we had to clean a lot when we got there. The sofa bed was broken so I had to put my suitcase underneath the sofa bed when opened to hold it up. Please be sure to bring your own plates and plastic cups since there were none at the specific unit. Overall we enjoyed the outdoor area and the location.

Loved the neighborhood. The house was cozy. In terms of cleanliness I gave 3 stars because when I pulled out the bed out of the Sofa bed, the bed was broken with mouse droppings.

Place looked nothing like the pictures that were advertised. Online advertising looked decent and clean however when we got there the place looked very old and felt dirty. Beds had stains on them. Had some difficultly with badges however Manager was nice and we got our money back which is good. Neighbors were very nice and location was good. Overall not satisfied with place and definitely would not go back.

The house is fairly small, so only share this with close friends or family. The beds were slightly stiff and uncomfortable, but more bedding and pillows would have fixed that. Otherwise the location was excellent. Especially for the price. A block from the beach, 5 min walk to 7/11, 5 min drive to ACME grocery store, and 10 min walk to the board walk. Would definitely book again.

It was great for what we needed which was a place to sleep because we were at the beach all day!! We did have a couple questions and they were answered promptly! Would definitely come back again next year!

From beginning to end the rental process was super easy. Owner responded quickly to all my questions and was very nice. Close to the beach and boardwalk just what I was looking for!

This property was conveniently located to what we needed it to be, and communication was very easy.

Went to Seaside Heights with friends for a bachelorette weekend. The beach and the boardwalk are a quick walk away. Parking was easy and free. The inside is simple and kind of clean.

Overall, the house was good for what we needed it for however it was pretty dirty when we first got there and there were some maintenance issues. And the house looked nothing like the pictures. It was still fine for the weekend though.

Overall the experience was ok. Legit 1 block away from the beach, and a 5-10 min walk to get to the boardwalk where the food and bars are at. When first arriving, we did have to tidy up the place because there were dirt on the floor, hair in the shower ( also no bath mats when getting out the shower, small cluster of ants by the toilet), and mouse droppings in the cabinets where the pots and pans were. The best bed there was the sofa, as the one in the bedroom were hard, and uncomfortable to sleep on. Refrigerator was cleaned. Due to the pandemic, it is recommended to bring your own bed sheets, towels, toiletries, etc. Hopefully it'll change in the future so people wouldn't have to travel with their own beddings/buying extra stuff when out there. Besides it being dirty, the stay was convenient and good. My friends and I did enjoy ourselves. The assistant was helpful and quick to respond to text/call when I needed help. Also its a small house, definitely recommend at least 3-4 people to stay at a time. 5-6 people may be a little cramped, but if you spend your time outside, its not an issue. Thank You.
