Host was very good at responding and making sure everything was working properly.

This house has a great location, close to the main strip, beach, and area restaurants. It is situated in the middle of a canal making for relaxing mornings and breath taking evenings as the sun sets. The outdoor space is the highlight of this home. My parents enjoyed sitting on the lanai, looking at the water and watching birds and the occasional dolphin come by. My kids loved the pool but especially loved the ability to fish off the private dock in the yard- a little boy’s dream! We have family on Marco and visit enough that I wasn’t looking for extreme luxury. I needed a place large enough to host my family and my parents for the week. This house met our needs. Past reviews raved about the cleanliness, but the conditions of the kitchen and showers could have been better. Linens were ok but also could have been better. Sheets were clean but old with pilling and some slight tears. There were not enough towels provided so if you stay, I’d suggest brining your own. Overall, we had a great vacation. A few simple changes could lead to an improved stay.

Met our needs. My truck fit in the garage and the remote was very handy. The pool is nice to cool off.

The property was clean and the pool area was very large and enjoyable. The canal had a nice open look with good views which is not always the case. The decorations are dated. The value for the price was very good. The biggest issue we had was the Red Tide was present and this resulted in hundreds of dead fish floating in the canal. This meant we could not use the best part of the house, the pool area, for half of our 18 day stay.
