Our family enjoyed staying for our summer vacation. Perfect location for a short walk to the beach and the house was perfectly setup with more than enough room for everyone to have space and enjoy. The pool was perfect for night time swimming. Everyone enjoyed the place from our young teenagers to their grandparents. Would love to stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The wife and I took our three grown children along with their spouse and our grandchildren for vacation. The house was perfect as all family members had their own bedrooms and the grandchildren got to all sleep in one with the two bunk beds in it. One block so you can walk to the beach. As well the private pool made it nice in the evenings to wind down and have quite family time. The property management teams was absolutely awesome as well. Already looking foreword to going back again.

The set up in the house was perfect. We had children from 2 1/2 to 10. The floor plan worked out great for our family. The top floor had bunks and two bedrooms for the parents. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The second floor was a great gathering space plus a master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliance were very good. Then the bottom floor had two bedrooms and a gathering place. It worked out well for the adults without children. The large pool was heated and used the entire visit. The owners were helpful and available for questions. We will definitely go back again.

The property was amazing, it fit all our needs and was well supplied with items needed for a stay. We were so happy with the location, close to the beach, shopping and the harbor for our fantastic dolphin cruise and jet ski tours. We really had a great time. Having the pool with the house was great for our family too. Excellent communication with owners.

Sadly, it didn't start out very well. We arrived RIGHT at check-in and as soon as we walked in, I could tell the cleaning crew had NOT finished. Beds not made, bathrooms not cleaned, floors not swept, cleaning closet left wide open. I was so confused. I contacted Kristin and Ryan right away and they did their very best to accommodate us....even paying for us to go out to dinner so the cleaning crew could finish. Even still, I wasn't completely confident in if they had really done a deep clean. The house it's self was great for our large family. We had 12 adults and 4 children under the age of 4 and we had lots of space to be together and have some alone time when needed. We loved that it was such a quick walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart, but honestly didn't use it as much as I thought we would. We loved coming home from the beach and jumping in the pool as well. With 16 people we accumulated lots of garbage....so did the group before us. The garbage cans were NOT taken to the street for pick up, so we had NO PLACE to put our garage until next garbage day (4 days away). Kristin and Ryan again, listened to our problem and had the garbage picked up and emptied the next day. At the end of the week, we had created so many memories that the few hiccups at the beginning didn't seem as upsetting. We were grateful for a place to gather, a place to lay our heads at night, and the cozy home feel it provided.

We just completed our 2nd family vacation here. The house is roomy, clean and up to date. We think the best feature is the generous pool size with lots of shade from the hot sun. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the pool area and a shady spot for grilling and eating. Couldn’t be more pleased with the property!

our family of 16 stayed for the week of July 9 to 16th. absolutley perfect! the home is beautiful. very clean ! pool and short walk to the beach was a perfect treat. we were back and forth all day and night! so much to do in area, shopping , entertainment etc. Most important, Kristen and Ryan are the nicest people you want to do business with. They were so prompt at answering my questions, and i had plenty. lol thank you, Kristen and Ryan for giving our family a memorable vacation ! hopefully we will see you again in the future!

My family and I have a great time staying at crystal beach! The pool area is awesome and a short walk to the beach. Our cable/wifi went down midway through the week and it wasn’t fixed until the morning we left, so that was disappointing, but overall our stay was very good.

Wow, this house is big and beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. There wasn’t just a tiny bit until you could get to the store, the necessities were stocked. Our family enjoyed every bit of it. Fantastic pool that has everything you need. So much seating, both inside and out. We are a group of 5 families and we had plenty of rooms and privacy. We can’t wait to return. As a side note, this house is great for ones that are completely mobile. You enter the house and need to do a full set of stairs to get to main floor. Usually not a problem but severely broke my foot just before vacation. The owners were great to deal with and very helpful.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of floors, discovered shortly after arrival everyone feet black from walking on floors especially 2 toddlers who were crawling. Had to clean floors stairs ourselves 1 st day. Tv on second floor now working. After contacting owner, they stated they knew and was trying to get replacement. We were not informed uptown our check in date. Strong odor from garbage disposal, apparently not cleaned and disinfected. Overall stay was good, need to inform cleaning crew to do better job especially floors

We did bring extra towels as we had read in some of the info, but there was ample supply there for all, including many beach towels. We didn’t have hot water one morning but sent a quick text to Ryan who after having my son attempt a reset, promptly contacted someone to come in and with a simple fix we were up and running a few hours later. The pool and back yard was perfect considering we had very rainy, gloomy weather most of our week stay. At least the children could swim when it wasn’t storming…..they were content! Thanks Ryan & Kristin for a delightful home that was perfect for our crew of 10. We look forward to coming back again one day!

The home was absolutely beautiful and the perfect home base while the family was in Detin! Beds were comfortable. Showers were nice in size and the kitchen was a great size for family! The kids loved the pool!

This property and the owners were everything we could have asked for! The owners were very cordial and accommodating. The property was not only in a great location, but also was well maintained and perfectly equipped for the beach and pool. It was very child friendly and a place we will definitely try to stay again in the future.

We loved our break in Destin. The house was spacious for our families and the warm, big pool the highlight. We walked the short distance to the beach each day. We would love to stay again!

This property is perfect for any group that wants to get away. The house is organized perfectly for multiple families or other groups to have privacy but also spend time together. The heated pool was perfect and very clean. The walk to the beach is very short and manageable, even with infants. The property manager is also very receptive to issues that might arise while staying on the property. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

This property was beautiful and every inch was able to be used. I would recommend this property to anyone. We had ages from 59 to 1!

Overall this property fit our needs extremely well. I appreciated the location, the cleanliness and the space of this property. We would have appreciated a few more items such as more toilet paper and dishwasher soap, but these were minor. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property was great for our family. It is a short walk to the beach (easy even with a 2 yr old), has a great pool and backyard, close to shopping and restaurants. The owners was amazing to rent from. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The house accommodated all 12 of us beautifully. It had everything we needed. The beach was only a short walk away. Everyone had an awesome time!
