Modern apartment.Good location, peaceful and central.Host easily reachable by messages.

Quite dirty: floors, dishes and toilet. Teflon pot and pan were very scratched. Could be more dishes. Quite expensive for the quality.

amazing and quiet place,you can also eat at local cafe that belongs to the owner of Kiwi Georgia,very convenient options with reasonable prices and very tasty food.

House looked freshly built/ renewed, but had mold. There was outside space, 20m till nice kiwi garden, 100m till shop, 200m till beach. There is a loundry room in 30 meters, which was convenient.

Didnt like Kobuleti it self, a lot of trash everywhere (even at the beach). Didnt like humidity and mold inside the house. Kitchen very small to cook - only 1 pan and 1 kettle.

Great studio apartment with a kitchen. Quiet location and pretty garden with a table and chairs outside. 2 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant was great. Tasty, home cooked food for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly and helpful owners and neighbors :)

Nice and very comfortable place to relax and enjoy every moment of the vacation. Also it is near to the Kobuleti beach but not so close to noisy places and has air conditioning. That was huge plus. Nearest cafe is Pepo. Food is great !

Just perfect. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The property is modern and clean. It is about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The roof terace is just fabulous.
